    • An optical device is disclosed. The optical device may generate light for projection into a user's eye. The optical device may have a switch connected to an eyecup. When the eyecup is pressed against the user's face, the switch may be actuated, signaling the optical device to generate light for projection into a user's eye. When the eyecup is not pressed against the user's face, the switch may be unactuated, signaling the optical device to cease to generate light for projection into a user's eye. Various electronics of the optical device may remain active, for example, a controller may continue to generate an image for representation by the generated light, but the optical device may refrain from generating the light, such as by a display. In this manner, inadvertent light leakage may be ameliorated, and power consumption by the optical device lessened when the eyecup is not depressed.

    • A planetary limit switch contains a front transmission module, at least one following transmission module, and at least one micro switch. The front transmission module couples with an external power source and includes a first planetary gear carrier and plural first planetary gears for matching with the first planetary gear carrier, a front driving gear meshes with the plural first planetary gears and connects with a driving shaft so as to be driven by the driving shaft. Each following transmission module includes a second planetary gear carrier and a plurality of second planetary gears, and the plurality of second planetary gears meshing with a following gear, wherein the second planetary gear carrier has a cam portion arranged on an outer peripheral side thereof. The at least one micro switch is fixed below at least one following transmission module and touched by the cam portion of the second planetary gear carrier.

    • A rotary paddle level switch has a housing, a driving unit, two switches, a resilient member, a clutch, a transmission shaft, and a propeller. A resilient clip of the clutch holds a non-circular actuation section of the transmission shaft. When the driving unit drives the clutch to rotate, the transmission shaft and the propeller are driven by the clutch. When the propeller is rapidly rotated by suddenly exerting an excessively large external force thereon, as the resilient clip holds the transmission shaft by elastic force, the fast rotating transmission shaft removes itself from the holding of the resilient clip and is rotated without driving the resilient clip to rotate, thereby avoiding the transmission of the external force and damage to the driving unit. As the clutch just needs a clutch stand and a resilient clip to achieve the foregoing function, the level switch is structurally simple and relatively inexpensive.
