摘要： According to one embodiment of the present invention, a thermoelectric leg comprises: a thermoelectric material layer comprising Bi and Te; a first metal layer and a second metal layer respectively arranged on one surface of the thermoelectric material layer and on a surface different from the one surface; a first adhesive layer arranged between the thermoelectric material layer and the first metal layer and comprising the Te, and a second adhesive layer arranged between the thermoelectric material layer and the second metal layer and comprising the Te; and a first plating layer arranged between the first metal layer and the first adhesive layer, and a second plating layer arranged between the second metal layer and the second adhesive layer, wherein the thermoelectric material layer is arranged between the first metal layer and the second metal layer, the amount of the Te is higher than the amount of the Bi from the centerline of the thermoelectric material layer to the interface between the thermoelectric material layer and the first adhesive layer, and the amount of the Te is higher than the amount of the Bi from the centerline of the thermoelectric material layer to the interface between the thermoelectric material layer and the second adhesive layer.

The at least one liquid metal layer may face away from the first conductor bridges, and at least one spacer may be arranged in the at least one liquid metal layer. The thermoelectric elements may be electrically interconnected to and extend between the first and second conductor bridges.

摘要： A method of fabricating and using of flexible elastic photo-thermoelectric or thermoelectric cells is being presented, where the thermoelectric materials have been used in nanohybrid (pristine form). The casing of the cells is made up of flexible elastic materials (plastic, rubber). The casing may have different shapes as rod, semi-circular, wave-form, spiral etc., that makes them easy for practical applications and the thermoelectric cells can potentially provide high efficiency. The flexible thermoelectric cells based on carbon nano-tubes (CNT) and its blend with cobalt oxide/graphene oxide nanohybrid have been made and tested.

摘要： An industrial thermoelectric generation assembly and method are provided. A plurality of thermoelectric generation elements is provided. Each element has a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a lateral surface. A thermally insulative material surrounds the lateral surface of each thermoelectric element. The first side of each thermoelectric element is disposed to contact a process heat source, and the second side is configured to be exposed to an ambient environment. At least two of the plurality of thermoelectric generation elements are wired in series. The thermoelectric generation elements, being good thermal insulators, provide good thermal insulation to the process. Withholding heat within the process (which is desired), is converted to electricity.
