摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a quantum dot light emitting diode subpixel array, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device. The method for manufacturing the quantum dot light emitting diode subpixel array according to embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a quantum dot accepting layer forming step of forming a quantum dot accepting layer on a substrate; a thermosensitive quantum dot material layer applying step of applying a thermosensitive quantum dot material layer containing a thermosensitive organic ligand on the quantum dot accepting layer; and a thermosensitive quantum dot material transferring step of subjecting the organic ligand of the thermosensitive quantum dot material in a predetermined area of the thermosensitive quantum dot material layer to a chemical reaction by heating such that the thermosensitive quantum dot material in the predetermined area is transferred onto a corresponding subpixel region on the quantum dot accepting layer.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a quantum dot light emitting diode subpixel array, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device. The method for manufacturing the quantum dot light emitting diode subpixel array according to embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a quantum dot accepting layer forming step of forming a quantum dot accepting layer on a substrate; a thermosensitive quantum dot material layer applying step of applying a thermosensitive quantum dot material layer containing a thermosensitive organic ligand on the quantum dot accepting layer; and a thermosensitive quantum dot material transferring step of subjecting the organic ligand of the thermosensitive quantum dot material in a predetermined area of the thermosensitive quantum dot material layer to a chemical reaction by heating such that the thermosensitive quantum dot material in the predetermined area is transferred onto a corresponding subpixel region on the quantum dot accepting layer.

摘要： An organic light emitting display device may include: a cell array comprising gate lines and data lines intersecting each other on a substrate so as to define a plurality of pixel areas, a plurality of thin film transistors formed at intersections between the gate lines and the data lines to correspond to the plurality of pixel areas, and a protective film evenly formed over the substrate to cover the thin film transistors; a plurality of first electrodes formed such that portions of an metal oxide layer corresponding to emission areas of the respective pixel areas, is made conductive, the metal oxide layer evenly disposed on the protective film; a bank constituting the remaining portion of the metal oxide layer in which the first electrodes are not formed and formed so as to have insulating properties; an emission layer formed over the metal oxide layer; and a second electrode formed on the emission layer so as to face the first electrodes.

摘要： A method of fabricating a transient semiconductor based on a single-wall nanotube includes stacking a thermal oxide layer on a silicon substrate and depositing a nickel thin layer on the thermal oxide layer, depositing an oxide layer on the nickel thin layer, depositing a metallic layer on the oxide layer, and patterning the metallic layer to form a gate electrode, depositing a gate insulating layer on the gate electrode, changing a surface of the gate insulating layer into a hydrophilic surface, and washing and drying the gate insulting layer, coating a single-wall nanotube on the hydrophilic surface of the gate insulating layer, forming source and drain electrodes by forming a contact opening with respect to the gate insulating layer, attaching a thermal release tape after removing a surrounding single-wall nanotube, performing a transfer onto a polyvinyl alcohol thin layer after etching the nickel thin layer, and releasing the thermal release.

An organic electroluminescent film 22 is formed with the inclusion of a common layer that continuously covers the plural pixel electrodes. A common electrode is formed on the organic electroluminescent film. The common layer is irradiated with an energy ray above areas between the respective adjacent pixel electrodes with the avoidance of irradiation above the plural pixel electrodes. An electric conductivity of the common layer is reduced above the areas between the respective adjacent pixel electrodes, by irradiation of the energy ray. With this configuration, a current leakage can be prevented between the adjacent pixels.
