A battery includes a positive electrode lead having a first lead half body, a second lead half body, and a PTC thermistor, the first and second lead half bodies overlap end portions formed in a portion where the first and second lead half bodies overlap with each other, the overlap end portions being larger than the PTC thermistor as viewed from a plane and being in contact with the PTC thermistor, the PTC thermistor is fitted in a fitting recessed portion formed in the overlap end portion of the first lead half body, and an exposed portion of the PTC thermistor is covered with a protective material.

摘要： The present invention provides a nickel-zinc secondary battery, including: a battery case; an electrode assembly, disposed in the battery case; and an electrolyte solution, positioned in the battery case, and filled around the electrode assembly, wherein the electrode assembly includes a nickel positive electrode, a zinc negative electrode, and a membrane separator disposed between the nickel positive electrode and the zinc negative electrode; the nickel positive electrode includes: a substrate and positive electrode material coated on the surface of the substrate; the positive electrode material includes: 68 wt %˜69 wt % positive electrode active material, 0.6 wt %˜1 wt % yttrium oxide, 0.2 wt %˜0.6 wt % calcium hydroxide, 3.5 wt %˜4 wt % nickel powder, and a binder in balance; and the positive electrode active material is a spherical nickel hydroxide coated with Co3+. The nickel-zinc secondary battery provided by the present invention can reduce the amount of hydrogen evolved and have good cycling performance while maintaining the battery capacity. The present invention further provides a method for preparing a nickel-zinc secondary battery.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a cable-type secondary battery, comprising: an inner electrode; and a sheet-form laminate of separation layer-outer electrode, spirally wound to surround the outer surface of the inner electrode, the laminate being formed by carrying out compression for the integration of a separation layer for preventing a short circuit, and an outer electrode.According to the present disclosure, the electrodes and the separation layer are compressed and integrated to minimize ununiform spaces between the separation layer and the outer electrode and reduce the thickness of a battery to be prepared, thereby decreasing resistance and improving ionic conductivity within the battery. Also, the separation layer coming into contact with the electrodes absorbs an electrolyte solution to induce the uniform supply of the electrolyte solution into the outer electrode active material layer, thereby enhancing the stability and performances of the cable-type secondary battery.
