摘要： A method for manufacturing a secondary cell, the secondary cell including a charging layer that captures electrons by forming energy levels in a band gap by causing a photoexcited structural change in an n-type metal oxide semiconductor coated with an insulating material, includes: a coating step to coat a liquid so as to form a coating film that includes constituents that will form the charging layer; a drying step to dry the coating liquid coated in the coating step; a UV irradiating step to form a UV-irradiated coating film by irradiating the dried coating film obtained through the drying step with ultraviolet light; and a burning step to burn a plurality of the UV-irradiated coating films, after forming the plurality of UV-irradiated coating films by repeating a set plural times, the set including the coating step, the drying step, and the UV irradiating step.

摘要： The purpose of this invention is to provide a repeatedly chargeable and dischargeable quantum battery that is available for a long period of time without an aging change. The quantum battery is charged by causing an n-type metal oxide semiconductor to have a photo-exited structural change, thereby the electrode of quantum battery is prevented from being oxide and a price reduction and stable operation are possible. The repeatedly usable quantum battery is constituted by laminating; a first metal electrode having an oxidation preventing function, charging layer in which an energy level is formed in the band gap by causing an n-type metal oxide semiconductor covered with an insulating material to have a photo-exited structure change and electrons are trapped at the energy level; p-type metal oxide semiconductor layer; and a second metal electrode having the oxidation preventing function, the electrodes are passive metal layers formed of metals having passive characteristics.

摘要： A thermally controllable energy generation system comprising an insulated, thermally-enhanced generator with a power circuit for conveying power. The thermally enhanced generator and its available voltage is controlled by a circuit which changes the ambient temperature of the generator through the use of a heating element and heating circuit. A controller circuit is in communication with the temperature sensor, the control circuit, the heating circuit and the power circuit. The thermally enhanced generator includes at least one cell, which comprises a layer of electron-rich donor material in contact with a layer of hole-rich acceptor material, sandwiched between an anode and a cathode. One of the layers is a stabilized mixture of carbon and an ionic material (carbon matrix) and the other layer is a stabilized oxide mixed with an ionic material (oxide matrix).
