摘要： A multiple-phase parallelable constant on time (COT) buck controller, a first phase containing a first memory bit and a second phase containing a second memory bit. The COT buck controller includes a first converter comprising a first constant TON generator configured to sense and deliver a first TON request when the first memory bit is in a logic one state, and a second converter connected in parallel with the first converter, the second converter comprising a second constant TON generator configured to sense and deliver a second TON request when the second memory bit is in the logic one state, only one of the first memory bit and the second memory bit being in the logic one state thus generating activity in a daisy chain ring where each of the first converter and the second converter senses and delivers a corresponding TON request in a sequential manner.

摘要： A switching power supply circuit, which can achieve prevention of coil current reversal, while minimizing a current consumption and speeding up a switching frequency, without requiring a quick response, is provided. The switching power supply circuit under a synchronous rectification system compares a feedback voltage and a reference voltage by a comparator and, based on the results of the comparison, alternately turns on and off a main switching element and a subordinate switching element to convert a direct current input voltage into a direct current output voltage. The switching power supply circuit comprises: an on-time generation circuit which, based on the input voltage and the output voltage, defines the on-times of the main switching element and the subordinate switching element; and a switching signal generation unit which, based on the output signals of the comparator and the on-time generation circuit, generates switching signals for controlling the on/off operation of the main switching element and the subordinate switching element.

摘要： Circuitry for controlling a non-overlap time for a first switch and a second switch is described. Within a first state, the first switch is closed and the second switch is open, and within a second state, the first switch is open and the second switch is closed. The control circuitry has a first auxiliary switch and a second auxiliary switch. The control circuitry determines whether during a transition from the first state to the second state a current has flown through the serial arrangement of the first and second auxiliary switches. The control means adapts a non-overlap time between the first and second control signals for controlling a following transition from the first state to the second state, dependent on whether during said transition between the first and second states a current has flown through the serial arrangement of the first and second auxiliary switches.
