摘要： A DARC signal demodulation circuit assemblage for recovering a DARC signal (DARC data) from an FM multiplex transmission signal includes: a pilot tone regulation circuit to obtain first and second mutually orthogonal oscillation synchronous with a stereo pilot tone encompassed by the FM multiplex transmission signal; a frequency quadruplication section for obtaining third and fourth mutually orthogonal oscillation having a frequency quadrupled as to the stereo pilot tone; a first multiplication section for obtaining a first multiplication signal from the FM multiplex transmission signal and from the third oscillation; a second multiplication section for obtaining a second multiplication signal from the FM multiplex transmission signal and from the fourth oscillation; first/second low-pass filters for obtaining first/second DARC signal components by low-pass filtration of the first and second multiplication signals; and an FM demodulation section for obtaining the DARC signal from a frequency demodulation of the first/second DARC signal components.

The bookmark is generated based on radio application data when the WCD is radio-enabled, and the bookmark is generated based on pseudo-radio application data when the WCD is not radio-enabled. The method also includes transmitting the bookmark and a content request associated with the first content item from the WCD to a content source.

摘要： A broadcast response system provides, e.g., a radio broadcast listener with the ability to obtain media content such as music or speech while listening to the radio. The user can respond to items in the radio broadcast such as advertisements, fund raising drives, or interactive listener polls during the broadcast. Data such as song title and artist, author or publisher and the IP address for the location where the digital version of the content is stored, can be transmitted using, e.g., the RBDS/RDS data stream. A reference number representing song title and artist, author or publisher and the IP address for the location where the digital version of the content is stored can also be employed for ease of implementation. This reference number can reside in a lookup table to be accessed by broadcast response server.

摘要： A wireless communication system wirelessly receives a Frequency Modulation (FM) signal including audio data and Radio Data System (RDS) data. The wireless communication system audibly plays the audio data and graphically displays the RDS data from the FM signal. The wireless communication system detects action codes in the RDS data, and in response, initiates a wireless communication session with a wireless communication network. The wireless communication system also audibly captures user data. The wireless communication system then wirelessly transfers the captured user data for delivery to a server over the wireless communication session.
