摘要： A method for masking communication signals, particularly for masking terrestrial RF communication signals on board of an aircraft, includes parallelizing a first information data stream to be transmitted on a first LTE transmission channel. The first LTE transmission channel has a first channel transmission bandwidth and at least one guard band adjacent to the channel transmission bandwidth. The first information data stream is spread over mutually orthogonal data subcarriers within the first channel transmission bandwidth. A CAZAC sequence is generated. The generated CAZAC sequence is spread over guard band subcarriers within the at least one guard band. The first information data stream is transmitted over the data subcarriers in parallel to the CAZAC sequence over the guard band subcarriers.

摘要： A method for temporarily blocking incoming and outgoing wireless communication is provided with a mobile-phone disrupting unit and a motion sensor in a vehicle. A current speed of the vehicle is monitored with the motion sensor and then a plurality of communication disrupting signals is emitted by the mobile-phone disrupting unit if the current speed of the vehicle exceeds a minimum-speed threshold. When the current speed drops to the minimum-speed threshold or a lower speed, the process of emitting the plurality of disrupting signals is disabled so that the user can utilize the mobile phone. The mobile-phone disrupting unit and the motion sensor is either operatively integrated into the vehicle or housed within a self-containing enclosure.

摘要： A system for tracking mobile subscribers, the system includes an aircraft having an on-board virtual BTS that substitutes for a stationary BTS. The virtual BTS emulates a behavior of the stationary BTS so as to be indistinguishable from the stationary BTS to the mobile device, including emulation of communication protocols and billing operations The virtual BTS communicate with the mobile devices. The virtual BTS includes a processor running Software Defined Radio (SDR) and a signal amplifier, the SDR receiving identifiers of the mobile devices. The aircraft includes a high-gain antenna for determining directions of signals from the mobile devices. A camera on board the aircraft takes images or video of an area on the ground. The processor collects and processes the images or video, the directions of the signals and the identifiers of the mobile devices to locate a specific subscriber. The processor transmits the processed information to a server.

摘要： A base station in a cellular radio network and user equipment assigned to a cell are linked by an air interface for communication on a respective communication channel in a communication band. The same communication band is common to at least one of the cells and to the user equipment on the respective communication channel of a cell. A jamming transmitter is detected by decoding a cell, by way of successful reading of control information of the cell, detecting a wideband power parameter representative of the communication band, and detecting a channel power parameter representative for a part of the communication band that is a communication channel. A narrowband jamming transmitter is indicated in the case that decoding of the cell failed, the wideband power parameter is not above a first threshold, and the channel power parameter is above a second threshold.

摘要： A system for restricting operation of wireless devices, for example cell phones, comprises a controller and a plurality of sensors. The system restricts device usage, while permitting emergency phone calls, for example 911 calls. The sensors receive transmissions from devices, and use the transmissions for identification and determining whether a device is within a restricted zone. One disclosed method is triangulation, using time of arrival of transmissions at the sensors. If the device is within the zone, the controller sends device identification, and possibly a customized restriction request, to a remote node, for example a control node of a cell phone network operator. The operator then uses its network resources to implement the requested restrictions. Communication between the controller and the remote node is secure, possibly encrypted, to minimize malicious interference. A wireless control can define vertices of the zone and exempt certain devices from restrictions. Jamming is not required.

The jammer signal will ensure that any mobile devices or stations within the coverage area are unable to transmit radio signals as the frequency range(s) on which the radio signals should be transmitted are blocked by the jammer signal.
