摘要： An approach is provided in which a source system partitions multiple symbol sets into multiple fixed width data chunks. During the partitioning, the source system creates symbol boundary information corresponding to symbols in the symbol sets relative to boundaries of the fixed width data chunks. In turn, the source system combines the fixed width data chunks into a multiplexed bit stream based on the symbol boundary information and provides the multiplexed bit stream to a destination system.

摘要： Methods and apparatus are provided for a User Equipment to transmit acknowledgement information together with data information to a base station during a Transmission Time Interval. A number of nominal resources for the transmission of the first set of AIBs is compared to a number of resources available to the UE for transmission of the acknowledgement information. The first set of AIBs is transmitted if the number of nominal resources is less than or equal to the number of available resources. A second set of AIBs is selected from the first set of AIBs and bundling operations are performed over respective distinct subsets of AIBs in the second set of AIBs to obtain a third set of AIBs if the number of nominal resources is greater than the number of available resources. The third set of AIBs and a fourth set of AIBs are transmitted.

摘要： Wireless node selects modulation coding schemes (MCS) and number of spatial streams for transmitting data to devices via a MU-MIMO transmission based on the total number of spatial streams. In one implementation, a wireless node selects first MCS, first number of spatial stream(s) for a first device, and total number of spatial streams to be used in the MU-MIMO transmission so as to maximize the data rate to the first device, then selects a second MCS and a second number of spatial stream(s) for a second device based on the selected total number of spatial streams. In another implementation, the wireless node toggles the first selection of the MCS and spatial stream(s) between the first and second devices for fairness purposes. In another implementation, a wireless selects the MCS and the spatial streams for the receiving nodes so as to maximize the aggregate data rate for the MU-MIMO transmission.

摘要： When a plurality of terminals share the same resources in a wireless communication system, and when control information such as acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NAK) information or scheduling information is transmitted, a method of efficiently performing code division multiplexing (CDM) is required to distinguish the plurality of terminals. In particular, it is necessary to develop a method by which a code sequence of CDM can be selected and used according to each cell condition. Provided is a method of forming a signal in a wireless communication system in which a plurality of terminals commonly share frequency and time resources. The method includes the operations of receiving condition information in a cell; selecting one of a plurality of time domain orthogonal sequences having different lengths, according to the condition information; and allocating the selected time domain orthogonal sequence to a control signal symbol block.

摘要： A method for wirelessly transmitting data and control information using a plurality of transmission layers includes determining a number of bits in user data codewords to be transmitted during a subframe and calculating a number of control vector symbols to allocate to control information during the subframe. The number of control vector symbols is calculated based on the number of bits in the user data codewords to be transmitted during the subframe and an estimate of the number of vector symbols onto which the user data codewords will be mapped. The estimate of the number of vector symbols depends on the number of control vector symbols to be allocated to control information. The control codewords may be mapped to the calculated number of control vector symbols and transmitting vector symbols carrying the user data codewords and the control codewords over the plurality of transmission layers during the subframe.

摘要： An encoder outputs a first bit sequence having N bits. A mapper generates a first complex signal s1 and a second complex signal s2 with use of bit sequence having X+Y bits included in an input second bit sequence, where X indicates the number of bits used to generate the first complex signal s1, and Y indicates the number of bits used to generate the second complex signal s2. A bit length adjuster is provided after the encoder, and performs bit length adjustment on the first bit sequence such that the second bit sequence has a bit length that is a multiple of X+Y, and outputs the first bit sequence after the bit length adjustment as the second bit sequence. As a result, a problem between a codeword length of a block code and the number of bits necessary to perform mapping by a set of modulation schemes is solved.
