摘要： A method of performing communication by using a plurality of network interfaces mounted on a communication terminal apparatus and a communication terminal apparatus are provided. The method includes allocating different Internet protocol (IP) addresses corresponding to the plurality of network interfaces to a plurality of applications of the communication terminal apparatus, relaying data transmitted or received between the plurality of applications and the plurality of network interfaces based on the allocated IP addresses, and simultaneously performing communication with an external network by the plurality of network interfaces through the relaying of the data.

摘要： The present invention relates to methods and apparatuses for providing network access, wherein a connection to a core network is established via a wireless access device and a gateway device. Connectivity of the wireless access device is restricted to a pre-defined group of core network address of a pool of gateway devices with multi-node connectivity to the core network, and a single address is selected to establish the connection to a one of the gateway devices. The gateway device is provided with a relay function for mapping a single input address to a plurality of core network addresses based on a location information of the wireless access device and with at least one co-located decentralized core network functionality.

摘要： A method includes establishing a bi-directional pseudowire (BPW) between a first provider edge (PE) router and a second PE router that are forwarders for a multi-homed VPLS customer site associated with a VPLS domain. The first PE router has a designated forwarder status and the second PE router has a backup forwarder status relative to the VPLS customer site. The BPW is established as an auxiliary standby BPW external to the VPLS domain. The method also includes detecting a change in topology of the network with the first PE router, wherein the change in topology affects connectivity by the first PE router to the VPLS customer site associated with the VPLS domain, and, upon detecting the change in topology, utilizing the BPW as an active interface within the VPLS domain for forwarding network traffic to the VPLS customer site.

摘要： In a network that includes intermediary nodes, such as WAN accelerators, that transform messages between nodes, an end-to-end path of the messages is determined. The determined end-to-end path is used in subsequent analysis of message traces, to identify timing and other factors related to the performance of the network relative to the propagation of these messages, including the propagation of the transformed messages. A variety of techniques are presented for determining the path of the messages, depending upon the characteristics of the collected trace data. Upon determining the message path, the traces are synchronized in time and correlations between the connections along the path are determined, including causal relationships. In a preferred embodiment, a user identifies an application process between or among particular nodes of a network, and the system provides a variety of formats for viewing statistics related to the performance of the application on the network.

摘要： Cloud computing platforms having computer-readable media that perform methods for direct addressability and direct server return are provided. The cloud computing platform includes a load balancer and several servers. The servers are configured with public addresses, private addresses, and an address of the load balancer. The loopback interface of the servers is configured with the address of the load balancer. This allows a server to bypass the load balancer when replying to communication messages. Additionally, the public and private addresses of the servers enable direct addressability in the cloud computing platform. Accordingly, an application executing in the cloud computing platform may connect two or more clients on the same server.
