摘要： Generally, this disclosure provides devices, systems and methods for subframe restricted Channel State Information (CSI) reporting with Rank Indicator (RI) inheritance. A User Equipment (UE) device may include an RI generation module to generate RIs based on a received CSI configuration from an evolved Node B (eNB) of a serving cell of the UE. The UE may also include an RI Reference Process CSI generation module to generate a first Reference CSI including a first selected RI of the generated RIs, the first selection based on a first subframe set of the received CSI configuration, and to generate a second Reference CSI including a second selected RI of the generated RIs, the second selection based on a second subframe set of the received CSI configuration. The UE may further include a Linked Process CSI generation module to generate a linked CSI including an inherited RI from the first Reference CSI.

摘要： Generally, this disclosure provides devices, systems and methods for Cross-Carrier Quasi Co-Location Signaling in an NCT Wireless Network. A UE device may include a receiver circuit to receive a QCL signaling message from a primary cell, the QCL signaling message for a configured secondary cell to identify a primary or one or more secondary cells that are Quasi Co-located with the secondary cell for which the message is provided. The UE device may also include a QCL signal decoding module to decode the QCL signaling message and to determine QCL synchronization parameters. The UE device may further include a synchronization module to synchronize the UE with the primary or one or more secondary cells based on the QCL synchronization parameters obtained from the QCL message received from the primary cell.

An off-air monitoring system reconstructs both directions of a call conducted between two mobile terminals by receiving only downlink channels. The off-air monitoring system receives multiple downlink transmissions transmitted by base stations in a wireless communication network. The system uses the received downlink transmissions to reconstruct the bidirectional call content of calls conducted between wireless terminals. In order to reconstruct the bidirectional content of a given call, the system identifies and correlates the two downlink transmissions of that call from among the multiple received downlink transmissions.

摘要： Systems and methods to instruct a mobile device to switch from a first protocol to a second protocol after registering the device on a network associated with the first protocol. This may be done to obtain a cryptographic key used by the device. For example, for some communication protocols, such as 3G and 4G communication protocols, obtaining the cryptographic key is difficult. However, the 2G communication protocol uses a cryptographic key that is easier to obtain. Only after obtaining the key, the phone instructed to again switch to the first communication protocol. During the exchange of communication, the user is likely to be holding the phone at his ear, such that he is unlikely to notice that the phone is using the first communication protocol. Hence, the exchange of communication may be decrypted and monitored, without the user noticing anything amiss.

摘要： A negotiator makes and receives calls and SMS with a subject through a virtual number. Parties of individuals serving specialized functions are optionally dialed in to monitor the call/receive the SMS each time those communications occur. Alternatively, a member of a particular party can dial in ahead of a call and be placed in a waiting room for the party until the call happens. Different parties may have different functions. For example, one party may be configured such that members can discuss amongst themselves while hearing the negotiator and the subject communicate. Another party may be configured such that communications among the members is disabled such that each member only hears audio from the negotiator and subject.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to methods and an identity mediator node for controlling a user equipment, UE, identity, ID, dependent service in a radio base station, RBS of a wireless network. The method comprises receiving (S1) from a Mobility Management Entity, MME, a UE ID report comprising a permanent UE ID, a temporary UE ID, and a serving RBS identity for an RBS serving the UE, wherein the temporary UE ID represents an identifier for the UE in the serving RBS. The identity mediator node stores (S2) a record associating the temporary UE ID, the serving RBS identity, and the permanent UE ID record. When an order to activate a UE ID dependent service for a permanent UE ID is detected (D1) in the identity mediator node, the identity mediator node retrieves (S4) the temporary UE ID and serving RBS identity from the stored record. A request is sent (S5) to the serving RBS to activate the UE ID dependent service for the UE, wherein the request includes the temporary UE ID.
