摘要： An integrated image sensor for capturing a mixed structured-light image and regular image using an integrated image sensor are disclosed. The integrated image sensor comprises a pixel array, one or more output circuits, one or more analog-to-digital converters, and one or more timing and control circuits. The timing and control circuits are arranged to perform a set of actions including capturing a regular image and a structured-light image. According to the present invention, the structured-light image captured before or after the regular image is used to derive depth or shape information for the regular image. An endoscope based on the above integrated image sensor is also disclosed. The endoscope may comprises a capsule housing adapted to be swallowed, where the components of integrated image sensor, a structured light source and a non-structured light source are enclosed and sealed in the capsule housing.

摘要： An imaging device includes: a pixel array section having an array of pixels, each of which has a photoelectric converting device and outputs an electric signal according to an input photon; a sense circuit section having a plurality of sensor circuits each of which makes binary decision on whether there is a photon input to a pixel in a predetermined period upon reception of the electric signal therefrom; and a decision result IC section which integrates decision results from the sense circuits, pixel by pixel or for each group of pixels, multiple times to generate imaged data with a gradation, the decision result IC section including a count circuit which performs a count process to integrate the decision results from the sense circuits, and a memory for storing a counting result for each pixel from the count circuit, the sense circuits sharing the count circuit for integrating the decision results.

摘要： A camera system is described, particularly for a vehicle, the camera system having at least: a camera which has an image sensor and a filter mask, and a control and evaluation device which receives image signals output by the image sensor, the image sensor having an array of sensor pixels outputting pixel signals, and the filter mask having an array of filters which are disposed in front of the sensor pixels and have different wavelength-selective transmission response, a portion of the filters being attenuation filters, and sensor pixels, in front of which in each case one of the attenuation filters is disposed, outputting attenuation pixel signals. The attenuation filters advantageously attenuate white light more strongly than the other filters of the filter mask; in particular, they are blue pixels.
