摘要： A method for supporting an emergency service by a mobility management entity (MME) and a base station in a mobile communication system, and a MME and base station, are provided. The method for supporting an emergency service by a MME includes receiving, by the MME, a first message including information associated with an attach request of a terminal from a base station, determining, by the MME, whether the attach request is accepted based on information indicating an emergency service included in the first message, and transmitting, by the MME, a second message to the base station if the attach request is accepted, wherein if the information associated with the attach request includes the information indicating the emergency service, the attach request is accepted, and wherein the information indicating the emergency service is included in the first message using information included in a third message received from the terminal.

The mobile station apparatus also transmits a connection request message for the emergency call based on the access restriction information, where the cell on which the mobile station apparatus camped being the CSG cell and where the mobile station apparatus not registering the cell.

Associations between one or more physical locations and access points may be stored in a profile associated with the VoP device or a user. 摘要： A system can include an emergency call routing element comprising one or more computing devices. The emergency call routing element can be configured to provide locator key and routing information for an emergency services call initiated by an end-user device employed by a caller, wherein the routing information identifies a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). The emergency call routing element can also be configured to provide a notification of the emergency services call. The system can also include an ancillary data server comprising one or more computing devices. The ancillary data server can be configured to receive the notification of the emergency services call and query an information source for information related to at least one of the end-user device and the caller in response to the notification. The ancillary data server can further be configured to provide a web service interface that outputs ancillary information that characterizes ancillary data.

摘要： An eCall is an emergency call that may (i) be initiated automatically by a wireless terminal due to a trigger event (e.g., a vehicle involved in an accident) or manually by a user and (ii) include additional data sent automatically by the terminal to a recipient entity, e.g., a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). Depending on the implementation, Emergency setup signaling (e.g., an Emergency SETUP message) or a location updating message is used to give high priority to registering an eCall-only mode In-Vehicle System (IVS) on a mobile network. The IVS can get higher priority from the mobile network right after an eCall emergency is triggered at the IVS. When requesting a connection to the mobile network, the WS can use one or more fields of the location updating message in order to register on the network with a higher priority.
