摘要： The invention relates to a phase contrast x-ray tomography device, comprising an electron gun (44) having a downstream deflector coil (52). The x-ray beam (56) is guided by the deflector coil (54) on a circular path over a target (58), which is marginally tilted towards a plane positioned vertically on the device axis. The x-ray beam (62) generated at focal spot F of the electron beam (56) crosses an object (70) and arrives at a detector line (68) via a phase grating (64) and an amplitude grating (66).

摘要： According to on embodiment, an inverter high voltage generator includes a DC power supply, an inverter, a high voltage converter, a discharge detector, a controller. The DC power supply generates a direct current. The inverter converts the direct current from the DC power supply to an alternating current by switching. The high voltage converter converts an AC output pulse from the inverter to a high voltage. The discharge detector detects an electric discharge that has occurred in an X-ray tube. The controller controls, upon detection of the discharge, switching of the inverter to change a pulse width or a frequency of the AC output pulse from the inverter so as to gradually increase a measured tube voltage value of the X-ray tube up to a target tube voltage value.

摘要： A radiation generator is provided that includes a target, a cathode to emit electrons in a downstream direction toward the target, a first conductive member downstream of the cathode, and a second conductive member downstream of the cathode. The first and second conductive members have a potential difference with the cathode such that a resultant electric field accelerates the electrons toward the target. A diagnostic current in the second conductive member and a target current in the target may be measured, and an electrical property of the first conductive member may be adjusted based upon the diagnostic current and the target current.

摘要： A radiographic system is provided that can shorten the work time required for adjusting the initial values. The radiographic system comprises: an X-ray tube controller; an initial value calculator; and a storage. The X-ray tube controller is configured to control a filament current flowing through a filament of the X-ray tube for stabilizing the tube current at a desired value, the tube current otherwise tending to fluctuate at activation. The initial value calculator is configured to calculate an initial value for the filament current that is to be applied at next activation, based both on a stable value of the filament current while the tube current has been stable and on the image-capturing conditions at the time. The storage configured to store the calculated initial value, the image-capturing conditions, and a radiographic history that includes radiographed dates.
