摘要： A system and method for detecting and resolving conflicts in transmissions from DTs located on the edge of an electrical power distribution grid. By examining the frame and time slot of the conflict and inferring a possible DT involved in the transmission conflict and reassigning the DT's transmission to another frame and time slot, the conflict should be resolved and the data being provided by the DT is not necessarily lost nor is its receipt unreasonably delayed.

摘要： A power conversion apparatus comprises a first communication unit configured to receive, from an external server, an output suppression message instructing output suppression of a dispersed power source; and a second communication unit configured to perform communication of a predetermined message having a predetermined format with a power management apparatus that manages power information of a consumer's facility. The predetermined format includes an information element capable of storing output suppression information related to the output suppression of the dispersed power source. The second communication unit is configured to transmit the predetermined message including the output suppression information as an information element to the power management apparatus.

An electronic device can be electrically positioned between a utility and an electrical power outlet, electrical subpanel, load center, transformer, or other power distribution center. The electronic device can include a circuit breaker associated with an electrical power circuit, a communications device, a monitoring device and an electronic circuit. The electronic circuit can be operable with the circuit breaker, the communications device and the monitoring device to determine an account of a user of the electrical power circuit and to determine from the account whether to supply power to the electrical power circuit. Further, the electronic circuit can be operable with the circuit breaker, the communications device and the monitoring device to, if power is supplied to the electrical power circuit, charge the account and activate the circuit breaker if the monitoring device detects an undesirable power condition.

The energy interface system provides flexibility in the use and distribution of utility energy sources and alternative energy sources based on several measurements and criteria of the interface system. For example, the energy interface system may allow for the energy consumption to adapt to changing parameters, such as utility rate schedules, cost of alternative fuels and utility premiums for consumption or generation of energy at particular times. The energy interface system also allows for deferment of charging or other high-energy loads to be recognized by the system at otherwise low-energy times. In addition, the energy interface system allows for monitoring and communication with the system for ease of configuring the system based on one or more criteria or measurements.
