摘要： An apparatus is provided for connecting a rotary shaft to a rotatable machine element. The apparatus includes and inner sleeve for clamping onto the shaft and an outer sleeve for clamping onto the machine element. The inner and outer sleeves have cooperating tapered surfaces for tightening the apparatus. The cooperating tapered surfaces include striations. A nut connected with the inner and outer sleeves is rotatable to drive the inner sleeve relative to the outer sleeve in a first direction to tighten the inner sleeve onto the shaft and the outer sleeve onto the machine element. A method is also provided for forming a mounting device for connecting a machine element with a rotary shaft.

The ring assembly has an outer diameter and a main section adjacent the outer diameter. The ring assembly includes a projection extending axially from the main section which is located at a diameter less than the outer diameter of the ring assembly. The projection has a portion of a diameter contacting the train axle so that the ring assembly is affixed to the train axle to provide resistance to relative rotation and axial movement between the ring assembly and the train axial.

摘要： A clamping assembly for a strut element. The clamping assembly connects one end of the substantially tubular strut to a threaded bolt. The clamping assembly comprises a threaded sleeve that is arranged in the tubular strut in a radial annular gap between the threaded bolt and the inside cross-section of the strut, in a conical internal thread of the strut. The threaded sleeve has a conical external thread and an internal thread that receives the threaded bolt. The end of the sleeve, that is received by the strut, is radially elastic. The clamping assembly produces a secure and durable connection of the strut to the threaded bolt and avoids weakening of the structure of the strut. Compared with other clamping collars, this clamping assembly saves installation space and avoids the risk of collision with adjacent components.

摘要： Mounting rings and methods for mounting structures to shafts are provided. The rings and methods may be used to mount other rings or housings to a shaft. The rings are characterized by having flexible inner diameters that can deflect under a radial load. The radial deflection of the inner diameter permits the rings to deflect and engage an outer diameter of a shaft. The engagement of the rings with a shaft provides at least some resistance to movement, for example, rotation and/or axial displacement, of the shaft relative to the ring and structure. In one aspect, the ring has a closed, hollow, construction, for example, a circular, oval, or polygonal closed, hollow construction. The ring may include a plurality of indentations, such as slots, on the inside diameter of the ring that may relieve at least some of the circumferential stress in the ring. Methods for using the rings to mount a structure to a shaft are also disclosed.

摘要： The present invention proposes a locking mechanism for poles. The locking mechanism includes a support rod, inserted into a first unit shaft at a first end thereof and locked to a second unit shaft at a second end thereof, with threads formed around the outer circumferential surface thereof; and a pressure locking unit movably engaged with the threads of the support rod and having longitudinal slits formed to open in one direction and at least two pressure parts formed in a longitudinal direction. The locking pressure of the pressure locking unit is imposed on the unit shafts at multiple longitudinally spaced points, thus dispersing or distributing the locking strength in the longitudinal direction and increasing both the locking strength and the resistance against both longitudinal compressive force and longitudinal tensile force, thereby preventing the locked unit shafts from suddenly slipping towards each other.
