To allow a user quickly and easily attach/remove a fishing line, the planer board may include a single-release actuator that opens only the gripping assembly and a dual-release actuator that simultaneously releases both the guiding assembly and the gripping assembly.

摘要： A fish attractant spreader device includes a center bar running lengthwise from a back end to a front end and a spreader bar attached to the center bar and extending lengthwise non-parallel with the center bar. A fish attractant such as a dodger or flasher may be attached to the attractant attachment on the spreader bar. 摘要： The inventors disclose and teach herein a device that quickly and reliably attaches rigging to a fishing line, especially trolling lines. The device includes a spring-loaded clip with means for attaching additional accessories to the clip, such as weights. Accordingly, in the context of trolling, a trolling depth can be set and readjusted rapidly simply by clipping different weights onto the line. Moreover, the clip includes a side-opening for receiving a fishing line in compression between a spring-loaded plunger and anvil. The line is further secured by an embossed retainer blocking the line from slipping out from between the plunger and anvil.

摘要： A fixed bar luring dredge comprising a high-strength core member tubular in form and assembled to hold a plurality of spreader bars extending through and attached to the core member in a fixed radial pattern with each spreader bar being disposed in a separate and distinct plane to enhance the strength and support of the spreader bar members in trolling. 摘要： A trolling diver has a release arm which is hingedly connected to a plate. Mounted to the plate is a catch assembly. The catch assembly secures the release arm in a loose manner, between a first panel and a second panel, until triggered by a fish bite. A thru-hole of the release arm receives a first and second retaining member. The retaining members are loosely positioned into the thru-hole, allowing for the plate to realistically flop about within the catch assembly. The release arm is released from the catch assembly when a lure is triggered by a fish strike, resulting in the release arm rotating away from the catch assembly. The outboard lure attachment hole increases leverage and decreases the requisite force to trigger the release arm. Once released, the entire diver pulls thru the water with very little friction, allowing for easy retrieval of a hooked fish.

摘要： An outrigger clamp to couple together two or more nestable tubes. The clamp includes a guide for retaining filament, and an attachment point for receiving accessories without interfering with the filament and guides. The guide and attachment point can rotate about an axis based on the forces applied to the outrigger to better align the filament and guides, and therefore align the forces applied to the outrigger and filament. The retainer can be, for example, one or more rollers that help prevent the filament from becoming creased or kinked during use.
