摘要： The present invention generally relates to the production of knitted caps that are lightweight and breathable. Generally, the manufacturing process for producing the knitted caps involves: (1) applying a continuous wax coating onto a polyester yarn; (2) twisting the yarn with one or more additional yarns to produce a twisted yarn; (3) knitting the twisted yarn into a knitted article; (4) sewing the knitted article into a headwear body; and (5) finishing the headwear body to form the headwear article. The resulting headwear articles can be in the form of caps that exhibit superior breathability and moisture wicking capabilities.

The method includes 1) preparing molds and molding material, 2) performing a primary injection molding, and 3) performing a secondary injection molding. According to the method, the first part and the second part are independently made on an injection mold, therefore the hardness of the first part and the second part can be made to be different so that the visor body consisting of the first part and the second part has different hardness at different positions. The disclosure further includes a visor, comprising a visor body which is composed of a first part and a second part, where the hardness of the first part is less than that of the second part.

This device includes multiple rings of the same diameter and multiple rings of varied diameters to provide for the storing and displaying of a multiplicity of hats while simultaneously maintaining the curvature of the brim portion of the hat. This device provides for the training of the brim of a hat to a particular degree of curvature as desired by the wearer and as selected from the multiple rings of varied diameters of the device. Other comparable uses are also contemplated herein, as will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art.

At least one of the panels has an edge that includes an indentation that is stretched when securing the panels together. The stretching of the indentation prestretches a headband portion of the headwear, and enhances the comfort and fit of the headwear. An elastic element may also be secured to the panels and positioned within the headband to further enhance the comfort and fit of the headwear.
