摘要： A shoe insole (111) for diabetics is provided with a sole base body (136), a sole covering layer (137) and with a number of cushion-like layers (112, 113, 114, 115, 116) distributed over the surface of the sole. The cushion-like layers consist of at least one first cushion-like layer (112) in the forefoot joint area, a second cushion-like layer (113) in the midfoot/tarsus transition area, and of a third cushion-like layer (114) in the midfoot/heal transition area. These cushion-like layers serving to assist venous blood draining are each subdivided into individual plateau-like areas (118 to 127) that are adjacent in the transversal direction of the sole surface (117) while being separated from one another. The top side of the cushion-like layers also covered by the sole covering layer (137) is raised relative to the level of the top side of the sole base body (136). The aim of the invention is to provide a shoe insole of the aforementioned type that, while providing a lasting assistance of arterial inflow into the foot or foot sole area, has a continuing positive influence on the foot or foot sole areas endangered by a diabetic metabolic condition. To this end, at least one indentation (161, 162) is provided between the first cushion-like layer (112) in the forefoot joint area and the second cushion-like layer (113) in the midfoot/tarsus transition area. Said indentation serves to relieve the pressure on the midfoot bone capitulum(s) and emanates from the top side of the sole base body (136).

摘要： A pair of shoes that a person with corns or callous skin on their feet can wear and receive the same benefits as soaking his feet in a bowl of water, yet the person is not restricted to one place during the soaking treatment. The present soaking shoes include an inner sole that holds a small amount of water and allows the water to contact the bottoms of the wearer's feet. The inner sole holds water at a higher concentration than that of the wearer's feet. Thus, water molecules enter the skin of the wearer's feet through osmosis, just as if the wearer had soaked his feet in a bowl of water. The present shoes are comfortable to wear and can be provided with reinforced soles or porous uppers for ventilation.

摘要： There are disclosed high heel shoes where separate components combine to create load balancing internal footwear technology. A two-piece system includes interlocking toe bed and shank constructed of complex three dimensional curved surfaces which create an intricately sculpted volume to provide structural support down the length of the entire foot. The toe bed provides a wide base and keeps the big toe pointed straight (at an approximately 10° angle). A heel maximizes the surface area of the bottom of the heel at the point of strike with the ground while retaining a minimal and aesthetically appealing silhouette from the side view. The toe bed and shank feature a composition of layered materials which when combined work to provide both stability and shock absorption to the ball of the foot during the foot strike of walking. An internal support structure provides a padded barrier and intermediary between the rigidity of the shank and the softness of the shoe upper.
