    • A bracket for attaching a drawer slide to a cabinet wall includes: a main panel having front and rear surfaces, upper and lower edges, and opposed side edges; an L-shaped upper flange mounted to front surface of the main panel; an L-shaped lower flange mounted to the front surface of the main panel substantially parallel to the upper flange; a recess in the main panel positioned between the upper flange and the lower flange; an access ramp extending between one of the side edges and the recess; and means for mounting the main panel to the cabinet wall so that the rear surface confronts the rear wall. The upper and lower flanges are configured to capture the upper and lower edges of a panel of a mating bracket that is attached to a drawer slide. The recess is configured to receive and capture a nub extending from the panel of the mating bracket, the recess being of sufficient length that the nub can translate horizontally within the recess, thereby enabling the horizontal position of the mating bracket to be adjusted relative to the main panel.

    • Disclosed herein is a pivoting drawer for use in cabinet. The drawer slides out obliquely and rotates such that the drawer moves from a closed position to an open position in a coordinated sliding and pivoting manner. The drawer is able to be opened while avoiding objects located in front of the drawer. The drawer is particularly useful in dental operatory cabinets where efficient use of small spaces is desired. Also disclosed herein is a cabinet useful for a medical or dental operatory that includes a cabinet frame structure that defines supply space in the cabinet and includes one or more drawers. At least one of the one or more drawers is supported by the cabinet frame structure and is movable from a closed position disposed within the drawer space to an open position outside of said frame structure. The cabinet has a first end and a second end and the drawer is slidable in an oblique fashion (i.e. oblique to a vertical cross-sectional plane between the first and second ends) and rotable about a vertical axis of the drawer. The drawer moves to an open position in a coordinately obliquely sliding and pivoting motion.

    • A lightweight pull slide door construction for shelving which is either transparent or opaque and is notched at its upper corners to slide on a horizontally inwardly offset rod hanger that extends front to back within the opening defined by the front posts of the shelving. A front opening hook at each corner slidably engages the offset portions of the hanger in guided relationship and the hook portion pivotally engages the offsetting portion of the hanger at the front of the shelving, whereby a top portion of the door pivots forwardly behind the depending portion of the depending flange of the upper shelf, the notch accommodates the shelf corner securement, and the hooks determine the ''''hang'''' and levelness of the door when closed. The doors can be released and removed when in the open position through the space above the hanger and within the depending flanges of the upper shelf. In one embodiment a second hook member is provided extending inside of and under the hanger ahead of the tip end of the front opening hook and spaced therefrom on its inner side sufficiently to clear the offsetting portion of the hanger so that the sliding door, which rests at its side edges upon the hanger will be prevented from pivoting upon the offsetting portion of the hanger against the bottom of an adjacent upper shelf and will provide a thrust point to stabilize the door in its intermediate positions to serve as a temporary horizontal shelf extension.

    • A roll around cabinet having a top at appropriate height for supporting a computer CRT at a comfortable reading height for an operator seated at the cabinet, a lockable front door behind which a keyboard component drawer is slideably mounted for extension when the front door is opened, and a side drawer assembly with a lockable side door which when unlocked allows the drawer assembly to be rolled sidewardly out of the cabinet to give access to a plurality of shelves supported thereby. Pins are provided on the drawer assembly adjacent the door thereof which engage the cabinet to prevent unauthorized access by spreading the cabinet front and back. Another pin is provided in the rear of the assembly which engages a pin hook when the drawer assembly is fully extended so that the assembly remains with the cabinet but can be pivoted through a substantial angle for easy access to its shelves by the operator at the keyboard.
