摘要： A neuromodulation system includes a conductive element, a magnetic field generator, a power module and a computer processor. The conductive element located internal a patient's body. At least a portion of the conductive element is positioned adjacent to a target tissue. The magnetic field generator is positioned external to the patient's body. The magnetic field generator generates a time varying magnetic field for inducing stimulation of the target tissue in combination with the conductive element to produce stimulation that is larger than that which would occur in the absence of the conductive element. The power module supplies power to the magnetic field generator. The computer processor controls the time varying magnetic field provided by the magnetic field generator according to at least one set of stimulation parameters.

Such a system can be useful for increasing the diffusion of therapeutic agents in a fluid medium, such as a human circulatory system, which can result in substantial clearance of fluid obstructions, such as vascular occlusions, in a circulatory system resulting in increased blood flow.

Particularly, the device may be a hand held piece that incorporates or has at least an applicator, including a radiofrequency energy generator and output, an inductive coil, an impedance matching system, a cooling system, including a thermally conductive surface and a coolant housing containing a coolant that circulates through the thermally conductive surface, and a feedback monitor. Optionally, the device may comprise a tissue-shaper.

摘要： A transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment system is provided. The system includes a sensor device that senses EEG signals from a subject through one or more leads and a server device configured to receive EEG data corresponding to the subject. The server includes an analysis module configured to process the EEG data and determine a personalized resonant brain frequency and a minimum neuronal activation threshold of the subject based at least in part on EEG data corresponding to one or more leads of the sensor device. The analysis module is also configured to determine a TMS treatment protocol where the treatment protocol includes at least a frequency based on the personalized resonant brain frequency and an amplitude based on the minimum neuronal activation threshold. The system also includes a treatment device configured to deliver a TMS treatment to the subject based on the TMS treatment protocol received from the server.
