摘要： The invention relates to nozzle tips including a nozzle body and a tip portion, configured to minimize the accumulation of a resin on the nozzle tip as it is dispensed through the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip can contain a central flow channel and an internal portion that branches and guides the resin into multiple exiting flow channels that define tangential pathways to the outer surface of the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip can include grooves that define extended, sharply angled flow paths for the resin.
Nozzle tips can have a neck portion separating a nozzle body and a tip end of the nozzle tip; here, a doughnut-shaped space located around the neck portion can be defined by the base of the nozzle, the crown of the nozzle, and the neck portion, for encouraging turbulent flow of the resin to scour the nozzle tip during dispensing.

摘要： A concentrator nozzle attachment for a blower device is disclosed that increases the airflow velocity of the blower without sacrificing the field of the jetting air. The concentrator nozzle is formed of an outer ring with a centrally located guide surface and is placed at the exit of an air tube. As the air exits the air tube, it's forced to flow around the guide surface, thus increasing its velocity. The attachment is secured to the end of the air tube and so does not alter the outer diameter through which the air exits. In this way, air velocity is increased without reducing its effectiveness.

The head portion includes a downstream bubble generator that generates minute bubbles in water in the same manner as the upstream bubble generator. The upstream bubble generator includes a constriction and a tapered portion. The downstream bubble generator has a swirling flow mode. Since minute bubbles are generated on the upstream and downstream sides, the amount of minute bubbles mixed in water becomes larger. This allows for showering by effectively using the function of minute bubbles.

摘要： A water spraying assembly is provided which includes a fluid conduit, a vortex chamber, an intermediate chamber, and a nozzle chamber. The intermediate chamber has a constricted section which increases the velocity of water that passes through the nozzle chamber. Further, the nozzle has one or more holes which project through the nozzle chamber's sidewall where the intermediate chamber enters into the nozzle chamber. The vortex chamber is positioned between the fluid conduit and the intermediate chamber. The vortex chamber rotates the flow of water around the showerhead's longitudinal axis before the water enters the nozzle's intermediate chamber. This causes the water to swirl within the intermediate chamber and nozzle chamber to increase the effect of air aspirating into water within the showerhead's nozzle.
