摘要： A rolling process for long solid-section products includes the steps of rolling stock through a plurality of rolling mill stands, the rolled stock being subjected to a tensile load, between the plurality of stands, that generates a single-axial deformation greater than 0.1 in the rolling direction, and is also deformed by compression between the rolls of at least one of the rolling mill stands, thereby achieving a reduction in the cross section area of at least 5%, preferably of between 5 and 50%. A rolling mill, in which a plurality of stands is connected by spacer elements designed to offset the tensile load; a rolling mill, in which a plurality of stands is connected by elements designed to offset the overturning moment generated by the tensile load; and a rolling mill, in which the aforesaid rolling stands maintain a non-slip condition.

The strip or sheet is cooled in the multi-stand rolling mill and/or downstream of the rolling mill as viewed in the conveying direction, wherein a temperature of the strip or sheet is measured upstream of the last roll stand of the rolling mill as viewed in conveying direction. Based on this measured temperature, a temperature for the strip or sheet at the exit of the last roll stand of the rolling mill is then determined by calculation with the aid of a temperature calculation model, with which further temperature processes of the manufacturing method can be controlled or regulated after a comparison with a predetermined reference value.

The section mill includes a universal mill stand (12) and an edger mill stand (14) for rolling a workpiece (18) in a plurality of back-and-forth passes into a steel section having a web and one or more flanges. The section mill further includes a cooling arrangement (16) for cooling the workpiece while it undergoes rolling during one or more of the passes. The cooling arrangement includes a cooling box (20) having a spray head (21) with spray openings (22) for spraying jets of pressurized cooling liquid against the workpiece. The cooling arrangement further includes an actuator (38, 34) configured to move the cooling box relative to the stand frame (58) of the universal mill stand and/or of the edger mill stand for adjusting a distance between the spray openings and the workpiece.

摘要： A heating system for drill steel pipe billet includes a feedback device configured to control distances d1 and d2 of three flamethrowers, a propulsion device, a positioning device, a heating device, a temperature measuring device and a conveying device. Heating temperature of the flamethrowers is controlled by an oxygen distribution box and a gas distribution box. A heating method for the drill steel pipe billet is also provided, in which a rolling forming method of gradient flame heating is adopted to control density of the rolled pieces and avoid internal defects of the drill steel caused by the same deformation of the traditional uniformly heated pipe billets. A radial temperature of the drill steel pipe billet is accurately controlled through the feedback device. Only one set of flamethrowers corresponding to drill steel pipe billets of different dimensions is required, and other devices are universal components, which will not be replaced.

As a result, because the prior austenite grain boundaries are not primarily or substantially present, all such prior austenite grain boundaries are not susceptible to grain boundary etching due to acid etching or pickling. In particular examples, the thin metal strips undergo hot rolling performed with a coefficient of friction equal to or greater than 0.20 with or without use of lubrication.

摘要： The present invention discloses a heating system for drill steel pipe billet, comprising a feedback device, a propulsion device, a positioning device, a heating device, a temperature measuring device and a conveying device. The distance d1 and d2 of three flamethrowers are controlled through the feedback device. The heating temperature of the flamethrowers is controlled by the oxygen distribution box and the gas distribution box. On the other hand, the present invention also provides a heating method for drill steel pipe billet, which adopts the rolling forming method of gradient flame heating, which realizes the control of the density of the rolled pieces, avoiding the internal defects of the drill steel caused by the same deformation of the traditional pipe billet after uniform heating, improving the quality of the drill steel, and prolonging the service life of the drill steel. The radial temperature of the drill steel pipe billet is accurately controlled through the feedback device. Flame heating with low cost is adopted. For drill steel pipe billets of different dimensions, only a set of flamethrowers corresponding to the dimensions needs to be designed, and other devices are universal components, which do not need to be replaced.
