摘要： Flatness of a hot-rolled steel sheet in a coil is improved when the hot-rolled steel sheet is wound with a mandrel in a hot-rolling process to manufacture a coil. The mandrel has a protruding shape with a center portion in an axial direction protruding from both end portions when seen from a lateral side in the axial direction. Regarding a peripheral length difference, which is a difference between a peripheral length of the center portion of the mandrel and a peripheral length at a predetermined distance from the center portion, the ratio of the peripheral length difference to the peripheral length of the center portion is preferably 0.0002 to 0.012. The protruding shape may be a trapezoidal shape or a polynomial function shape.

摘要： A method for coiling a metal strip that is heat-treated in a furnace immediately before coiling and fed to a coiler at an outlet speed, and then coiled at the coiler at an elevated temperature. The future outlet speed of the metal strip and the heat losses from the metal strip between the furnace and the coiler are calculated via a predictive model and the furnace is controlled by the predictive model such that the metal strip is coiled at a pre-defined temperature within a maximum deviation of +/−5° C.

摘要： A rolled steel sheet is provided. The rolled steel sheet has a mechanical strength greater than or equal to 600 MPa and an elongation at fracture that is greater than or equal to 20%. A a method for its fabrication is also provided. The chemical composition of the steel sheet includes 0.10≤C≤0.30%, 6.0≤Mn≤15.0%, 6.0≤Al≤15.0%, and optionally one or more elements selected from among: Si≤2.0%, Ti≤0.2%, V≤0.6% and Nb≤0.3%. The remainder of the composition includes iron and the unavoidable impurities resulting from processing. The ratio of the weight of manganese to the weight of aluminum is such that Mn Al > 1.0 . The microstructure of the sheet includes ferrite, austenite and up to 5% Kappa precipitates in area fraction.

In order to enable continuous processing, the winding (26), according to the invention, is produced on a former (20) that is shorter than the entire winding such that the first produced windings are pulled off the former (20) before the production of the winding (26) is concluded, the pulled-off windings are transferred into a linear transfer device (28), which transports the finished windings to a removal position synchronously with the production of windings on the former (20), at which removal position the windings are transferred into the radial grooves of the stator or into the radial grooves (74) of the transfer tool (44) for transfer of the winding (26) into the radial grooves of the rotor, wherein the former (20), the transfer device (28), and the stator or the transfer tool (44) are always jointly rotated about the axis of rotation of the former (20) when the former (20) is rotated in order to form windings.
