摘要： An automatic tool changer includes first and second tool change units that is driven respectively by a pair of servo motors and move along an arrangement direction of a plurality of tools installed on a tool installation unit, a torque detection unit that detects a torque of each of the pair of servo motors, and a control device that controls operations of the first and second tool change units. The control device fixes the first tool change unit at a reference position, and moves the second tool change unit toward the first tool change unit. The control device determines, based on a torque change of each servo motor, that a plurality of upper tools are brought together at the first tool change unit as a result of a movement of the second tool change unit.

摘要： A hydraulic forging machine and a method for replacing an upper anvil block thereof are disclosed. The hydraulic forging machine includes locking hydraulic cylinder that is fixed to a movable beam of the hydraulic forging machine when the hydraulic forging machine is in operation. The locking hydraulic cylinder is configured to provide a locking-unlocking function between an upper anvil block of the hydraulic forging machine and the movable beam. The locking hydraulic cylinder has its hydraulic power source supplied from a main hydraulic cylinder or a return hydraulic cylinder, which is also fixed to the movable beam. The present disclosure not only enables an oil supply circuit for the locking hydraulic cylinder to move together with the movable beam, but also simplifies the oil supply circuit for the locking hydraulic cylinder, resulting in an improved reliability of the hydraulic forging machine.

摘要： A guided keeper assembly and related method includes a cylindrical base that mounts to a die member using a multi-piece, interlocking flange. The flanges have outer fastener holes and inner arcuate walls that matingly engage a complimentary profile on the outer surface of the base to axially interconnect the same. The flanges also have male and female end connectors which snap lock together around the base in an assembled condition. Mounting screws pass through the fastener holes in the flanges and are anchored in the die member to securely retain the guided keeper assembly in place. A retainer ring is mounted in an associated groove in the base over the heads of the screws to prevent unintentional unfastening of the screws from the die member.
