摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing highly dimensionally accurate, deep-drawn half shells having a bottom region, a jacket and optionally having a flange, wherein a half shell pre-formed from a blank is formed into a finished half shell, wherein the pre-formed half shell has excess blank material on account of its geometrical shape, and the half shell being upset by way of at least one pressing operation in an upsetting tool to form the finished half shell during the forming of the pre-formed half shell into its finished shape on account of the excess blank material. The object of specifying a method and an apparatus, by way of which the process reliability can be increased during the production of a half shell, is achieved by way of the abovementioned method by virtue of the fact that the size of the upset gap is reduced during the closing of the upsetting tool to the actual wall thickness of the jacket of the pre-formed half shell. In addition, the object is achieved by way of an upsetting tool according to the invention by virtue of the fact that two side walls are provided which, together with the bottom region of the die of the second tool half, form a corresponding die, and the side walls can be displaced perpendicularly or obliquely with respect to the movement direction of the die.

摘要： Disclosed is a pipe expanding punch for a drill, which is configured to expand a pipe by hitting the pipe by an anchor drill or a rechargeable drill. The pipe expanding punch includes: an expanding mandrel provided with at least one portion (hereinafter referred to as “an expanding part”) having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of a pipe to be expanded; and a holder formed integrally with the expanding mandrel and fixedly coupled to a drill such that the pipe is expanded using the drill, wherein the outer diameter of an introduction part of an end portion of the expanding mandrel is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe, a first tapered step is provided between the introduction part and the expanding part, and at least one polished flat surface is formed by polishing the first tapered step.

摘要： A heat exchanger including a header having a plurality of header openings with rigid tubes that may be made of plastic are inserted in the openings. The tubes are sealed to the header to prevent leakage between the header and the tubes to prevent water and air leakage between the wet, scavenger air stream flowing through the tubes and a dry air stream flowing around the tubes. A method of making the heat exchanger includes providing the openings with a flange and uses an interference fit between the rigid heat exchange tubes and the header openings. A self-leveling sealant may be used to seal the heat exchanger tubes to the header using, for example, a paint roller and/or a paint sprayer.

摘要： An apparatus for attaching edging to a sheet has two stationary guides at each end, an upper hollow guide (8), a pair of lower guides (5), with a fixed base (4) between the lower guides. A hollow profile (1) is vertically movable, having a binding rail (2) on the underside thereof. The upper guide (8) is placed inside the profile, forming upper and lower spaces (7, 9) between the profile and the upper guide. Upper and lower flexible elements (10, 11) are provided in each space. In use, one element is filled while the other element is emptied, such that when an edging and a sheet is placed between the fixed base (4) and the binding rail, the lower element is filled to force the profile and thus the binding rail down to attach the edging. Then the upper element is filled to release the sheet with the attached edging.
