摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing an Ni-based alloy member in which the equilibrium amount of γ′ phase precipitation at 700° C. is from 30 to 70 volume %. The method includes the steps of preparing an Ni-based alloy powder having a predetermined chemical composition; forming a precursor body wherein an average grain diameter of the γ phase grains is 50 μm or less, by using the Ni-based alloy powder; and heating the precursor body to a temperature at least the γ′ phase solvus temperature and subsequently slow-cooling the heated precursor body from the temperature to a temperature at least 100° C. lower than the γ′ phase solvus temperature at a cooling rate of 100° C./h or lower. There is obtained a softened body in that the γ′ phase particles of at least 20 volume % precipitate between/among the γ phase grains having an average grain diameter of 50 μm or less.

摘要： Provided is a sintered bearing that is capable of reducing cost through reduction in usage amount of copper, excellent in initial running-in characteristics and quietness, and is high in durability. Raw material powders including iron powder, flat copper powder, low-melting point metal powder, and graphite are loaded into a mold, and a green compact is formed under a state in which the flat copper powder is caused to adhere onto a molding surface. Subsequently, sintering is carried out without causing iron in the green compact to react with carbon so that an iron structure is formed of a ferrite phase. In this manner, a sintered bearing (1) including a base part (S2) including copper at a uniform content, and a surface layer (S1) covering a surface of the base part (S2) and including copper at a larger content than the base part (S2) can be obtained.

摘要： A manufacturing method for a bonded magnet, in particular a manufacturing method for an anisotropic bonded magnet. The present invention solves the problem that the existing manufacturing method under the condition of heating magnetic powders performs magnetic field orientation after a binder is melted, resulting in low production efficiency, a complicated mould structure, high process costs, thereby affecting wide use of an anisotropic bonded magnet. A manufacturing method for an anisotropic bonded magnet comprising the following steps: 1) mixing anisotropic magnetic powders and a thermosetting binder; 2) adding the mixture of step 1) to a mould cavity, performing pressure forming under an oriented magnetic field, and performing demagnetization, so as to obtain a green body; and 3) loading the green body of step 2) into a vacuum furnace for thermal curing, so as to obtain an anisotropic bonded magnet. In the present application, forming is performed in a magnetic field at normal temperature or in a cold state, avoiding magnetic powders being bonded to each other, improving the effect of magnetic field orientation, and the mould has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and provides high efficiency, thereby lowering cost.
