摘要： A high-speed machining tool made of a steel-bonded carbide and a method for preparing the same relate to the technical field of lathe tools made of steel-bonded carbides, and overcome the problems of traditional steel-bonded carbide lathe tools about low hardness and low toughness. The high-speed machining tool includes a skeleton, a main body, and a coating. The main body is consolidated by the skeleton from inside. The skeleton and the main body are both ringlike in shape. The main body has its outer surface covered by the coating. The high-speed machining tool is such made that the skeleton is hard and the main body is tough. The blade of the tool is hard and can transfer vibrations to the main body, thereby protecting the tool from brittle fractures and improving the overall performance of the tool.

摘要： A cutting tool includes a holder and a cutting insert releasably clamped in the holder. The holder has a rear pocket surface which includes a pocket abutment surface and an adjacent pocket wedge surface. The cutting insert has at least one abutment surface and an adjacent wedge surface. When the cutting tool is assembled but not in use, the pocket abutment surface of the holder abuts the abutment surface of the cutting insert, and the wedge surface of the holder is facing and spaced apart from the wedge surface of the cutting insert. During cutting operations, the wedge surface of the insert may abut against the wedge surface of the holder.

摘要： Provided is a cutting insert having two cutting parts that is capable of entering a workpiece more deeply and easily supports machining of a groove or hole having a small diameter in a workpiece. A cutting insert includes: a body having at least an inner surface to be fixed to a tool body of a cutting tool and an outer surface opposed to the inner surface; and two cutting parts protruding in opposite directions in a longitudinal direction of the body. The cutting part includes: a cutting upper surface; a cutting front surface; and a first cutting side surface and a second cutting side surface. A front cutting edge is located on an edge between the cutting upper surface and the cutting front surface. In a projection view of the body as seen from the longitudinal direction, the cutting upper surfaces of the two cutting parts are oriented in directions opposed to each other, and front cutting edges of the two cutting parts are disposed so as to be more away from each other as being closer to the first cutting side surface from the second cutting side surface.
