摘要： A vise with a clamping force digital display mechanism includes a screw support seat equipped with sensor and digital display design. Through the action of the operator continuously turning the vise handle, the movable jaw will generate a reaction force on the screw when clamping the workpiece, and the reaction force will be transmitted to the screw support seat through the screw. Then the sensor senses the deformation or displacement of the screw support seat and generates a signal and feeds it back to the digital display design, so that the digital display device displays the value of the clamping force at the time of the vise after processing and calculation.

摘要： A workholding system includes an adjustable vise, a fixed vise, and a fixture plate. The adjustable vise and the fixed vise are secured to the fixture plate using a T-slot and a fastener. The system includes multiple precision locating surfaces, including interchangeable precision locating surfaces, to secure a working part. In one embodiment, a T-slot fastener facilitates the creation of an entire workholding system that facilitates the rapid installation of studs into receiving members. The fastener includes a quarter turn fastener used in workholding applications to quickly hold and release components of the system, such as tooling, parts, and plates. The compact design of the system makes possible the ability to insert the quarter turn fastener into a device that can fit into a T-slot and still have considerable holding power. The system is lower in cost than other solutions.

Moreover, the force applying means (34) is able to rotate about a center axis of the camshaft (35) to drive the camshaft (35) to rotate therewith to cause the cam of the camshaft (35) to press against the locking block (36) and, by means of the locking block (36), press and secure the movable jaw (3) against and to the top surface of the vise body (1). Wherein, the center axis of the camshaft (35) is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the profiled vise body (1). This woodworking vise can solve the problem of an angle of clamping deviation.
