摘要： A juice pressing machine and methods for pressing juice from a foodstuff includes embodiments having a removable pressing chamber and one or more filters which may be assembled and loaded with macerated foodstuff to form thin layers separated by a pressing plate. Once a juicing operation has been completed, the pressing chamber can be removed from the machine for emptying the pressed filters and solids contents therein. The empty pressing chamber may then be rinsed if needed and reattached to the machine for a subsequent pressing operation with newly filled filter(s). The platen may also be easily removed from the machine for cleaning as desired.

摘要： A press for waste has an actuator (42) that moves a ram (40) in a chamber (30). The actuator and the ram are connected by a fastening system (100). The fastening system allows the ram to be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the length and direction of travel of the actuator. In this way, as inner surfaces of the chamber wear the ram may adjust to the worn surfaces without applying large forces perpendicular to the length of the actuator. When the actuator moves forward, it pushes directly against the back of the ram. When the actuator moves backwards, it pulls a pin (102) that pushes on an inner surface (108) of the ram.

In a preferred mode of embodiment, the piston press includes a pipeline having a water removal branch and arranged so as to remove water extracted during a sludge-pressing operation, and an air circulation branch that can channel the volumes of air circulating in the press during the operation thereof, so as to direct the vitiated air, i.e. air that has been brought into contact with the sludge during the implementation of the press, towards a deodorization system.

摘要： An oil expeller has a stand with an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder, an oil filter mounted on the stand and a control device controlling the upper and lower cylinders. The oil filter has a filter tank and two pressing panels mounted in the filter tank. Raw materials are disposed between the pressing panels. Thus, the upper cylinder presses a corresponding pressing panel and the raw materials to extract oil from the raw materials. The lower cylinder pushes a corresponding pressing panel and waste product out of the filter tank. The oil expeller takes up little space, operates easily and extracts oil from the raw materials 40 and removes the waste product alternately. Moreover, the user is allowed to provide fresh oil based on his needs when extracting oil from a suitable amount of raw materials.
