摘要： A method and a device for repairing portions of channels, including non-round channels, is provided by a wound tube wound from a profile strip by a winding machine, the abutting edges of which strip are formed into tight joints, locked inside the wound tube which can be introduced into the portion of the channel to be repaired. A plastic profile strip is drawn from a storage spool and fed to a winding machine arranged in front of one of the openings of the channel to be repaired, the winding machine having a guide rail adapted to the cross-portion of the channel, and adjacent edge regions fed onto this rotating winding former locked in an overlapping manner to form a wound pipe and the pipe is pushed or pulled into the channel portion.

摘要： A barrel formed from a sheet of blank material includes a plurality of side wall panels for forming sides of the barrel including a front panel, a rear panel, two opposing end panels, and at least one diagonal corner panel, at least one bottom flap for forming a bottom of the barrel, and a plurality of top flaps for forming a top of the barrel including a top front flap foldably connected to the front panel, a top rear flap foldably connected to the rear panel, and two opposing top end flaps each foldably connected to one of the end panels. The top front flap and the top rear flap include at least one closure slot. Each of the two opposing top end flaps includes at least one locking finger. The locking fingers are inserted within the closure slots for securing the top of the barrel in a closed position.

A method of making a seat cover comprises winding a sheet of biodegradable material about an object having a trans-axial perimeter about the same size as a toilet seat, wherein a wind partially overlaps a preceding wind such that winding progresses in an axial direction along the object with each successive wind, and removing the wound sheet from the object. A method of making a seat cover also comprises connectedly associating a plurality of biodegradable balls to a substrate along an exterior surface thereof, wherein the substrate has the shape of a toilet seat.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a gusseted pinch bag from polypropylene. A sheet or seamless tube of polypropylene is provided. The sheet is preferably comprised of one or more layers of axially and/or biaxially oriented polypropylene. Perforation lines in a pinch pattern are formed in the sheet or tube. Preferably a laser forms a series of small, closely spaced holes in the sheet along the perforation line. The laser heats the plastic surrounding the holes, causing the polypropylene molecules between the holes to lose their orientation. Thus, the polypropylene in the perforation line between the holes is substantially weakened. If a sheet is used, it is folded into a gusseted tube and the edges are sealed together to make a tube. If a seamless tube is used, the tube is gusseted. In either case, a lateral force is then applied to the terminal tube, breaking the perforation line and separating the terminal tube from the sheet. The bottom end of the tube is then sealed, thereby forming a bag.

Further optionally, the label web can include a plastic liner that is resistant to tearing when the web is transverse wound on a spool. A method of making the label construction is also provided in which the label construction is wound on a spool so that overlying web layers are transverse to underlying web layers.
