摘要： A notebook is formed by folding up zigzag a continuous web form for every unit form with rouletted fold lines to form a text unit including a preset number of unit forms. After cutting off one folded side to leave the other folded side, the text unit is sandwiched between a front cover and a back cover and is covered with a spine. The spine is pressed against the remaining the other folded side of the text unit together with the front cover and the back cover by the medium of a mesh cloth impregnated with an adhesive so as to cover and wrap the whole a back of the stack of the front cover, the text unit and the back cover. The notebook can be used in a completely spread state (180-degree horizontal state) and conveniently, and retains high security and high functionality. A process for producing the notebook.

The steering wheel preferably comprises a hooped channel (felly) which is dimpled and pierced. A central hub assembly is also provided, the hub having also been pierced and the holes therein countersunk. The hub and channel are interconnected through the use of a plurality of spokes, preferably aesthetically arranged to generally correspond to the arrangement of spokes of a vehicle wheel with which the steering wheel may be used. Once appropriately interconnected, a grip is applied to the outer portion of the channel, and the steering wheel is then ready for use.

All or nearly all of the pages have a lay flat hinge so that the book will lie flat when opened. The lay flat hinge comprises a weakened portion, a first non-weakened portion between the weakened portion and a head of a page, and a second non-weakened portion between the weakened portion and a foot of the page. The weakened portion allows the book to lie flat when opened and the first and second non-weakened portions prevent pages from being easily torn from the book and prevent the weakened portion from being visible along edges of the book.
