The coupler assembly includes a mounting base, a buffering mechanism, a folding mechanism, and a coupler head, one end of the buffering mechanism is interconnected movably with the mounting base, the other end of the buffering mechanism is provided with a pull rod, the pull rod is provided with a limiting portion, one end of the folding mechanism is interconnected movably with the pull rod, the folding mechanism is provided with a locking part, the locking part movably cooperates with the limiting portion to lock or release the pull rod, and the pull rod is fixed at a stretching position when the limiting portion is locked by the locking part, and is movable between a folding position and the stretching position when the limiting portion is released by the locking part; and one end of the coupler head is interconnected with the other end of the folding mechanism.

摘要： A coupling support for a central buffer coupling of a rail vehicle includes first and second holding plates to be secured to the body of the rail vehicle. The coupling support has a base plate and a transverse bar disposed between the holding plates. The transverse bar is resiliently coupled to the base plate and is disposed above the base plate. First and second pivot levers are disposed on the base plate such that the pivot location of each pivot lever is disposed below the transverse bar, and the pivot locations are connected to the base plate. Each upper portion of the pivot levers is connected to the transverse bar by an articulated connection such that a movement of the transverse bar away from the base plate is restricted by the articulated connections and a movement of the transverse bar towards the base is allowed by the articulated connections.

摘要： A coupler uncoupling control mechanism is provided in the present application, comprising an uncoupling cylinder, a propelling cylinder and a control assembly, wherein the propelling cylinder is connected to a first valve body, and the first valve body comprises a first air inlet connected to the main reservoir pipe of the train, a first air outlet communicated with the first air inlet, a second air inlet and a second air outlet communicated with the second air inlet; the first air outlet is communicated with the air inlet chamber of the propelling cylinder, and the second air inlet is communicated with the air outlet chamber of the propelling cylinder. The control assembly comprises a second valve body and the second valve body is a pneumatic control valve; the second valve body comprises a third air inlet communicated with the uncoupling pipe of the train, a third air outlet communicated with the third air inlet, and a first control port capable of controlling airflow communication between the third air inlet and the third air outlet after being triggered; and, the third air inlet is communicated with the air inlet of the uncoupling cylinder, and the first control port is connected to the first air outlet of the first valve body. The present application can ensure that electrical couplers are uncoupled successfully.

摘要： The present invention relates to a bearing block for articulating a coupling rod to a car body of a track-guided vehicle, particularly a railway vehicle. A modular design is provided so as to be able to easily and yet effectively adapt the bearing block to different applications. To this end, the bearing block comprises a first crosspiece having a bearing shell situated in a first horizontal plane as well as a second crosspiece having a bearing shell situated in a second horizontal plane. The two bearing shells each have a respective mount for a vertically extending (common) pivot bolt or for a pivot pin allocated to the respective bearing shell. The modular design of the bearing block is particularly realized by the first and second crosspiece being implemented as separate structural components independently connectable to the car body of the track-guided vehicle.

摘要： A railcar coupling aid is provided to link a sequentially aligned pair of railcars having unactuated couplers so that such couplers may become engaged on a portion of rail more conducive to their actuation or so that such couplers may be serviced at a more convenient location along the rail. It may comprise a first and second length of rugged and flexible material spaced apart by a first and second crossed portion of such material. The crossed portions define a space configured to receive both of a pair of opposing coupler draw heads therethrough. When the net is draped over the opposing draw heads, each of the first and second lengths may be secured to themselves around one each of the coupler's draw shafts. Thus, each railcar may be at least temporarily linked to one another in a manner that avoids risking injury to railworker limbs.
