摘要： A method of forming an undercut which is engageable with an edge, on a side wall of a cover intermediate body using a cover intermediate body and a secondary processing die. In the secondary processing die, a moving inner core has, on the outer surface thereof, a concave shape corresponding to a convex shape of the inner surface of the undercut. The moving inner core is made up of a plurality of core segments which are arranged along the circumferential direction. Each core segment is vertically movable along an inclined surface of a core. When the moving inner core is moved upward, the moving inner core transforms smaller than the inner diameter of the side wall of a cover. The slide core has, on the inner surface thereof, a convex shape corresponding to the concave shape of the undercut.

A first lid closes the open top of the first container. A second container includes a bottom wall, at least one sidewall, and an open top. A second lid closes the open top of the second container, with a push indicator structure formed at a center portion of the second lid, and with a plurality of registration bumps formed about the push indicator structure. The first container is stackable on the second lid such that (i) each of the registration bumps in the second lid is aligned with an adjacent one of the recesses in the bottom wall of the first container and (ii) surfaces of the registration bumps are spaced from surfaces of the adjacent recesses.

A plugging-type resin cap (100) includes a restraining band (130), a tab (140), and engagement projections (151). The restraining band (130) has an arcuate restraining portion (131), stoppers (132), and an upwardly projecting portion (133). The stoppers (132) are formed to extend radially outward from the circumferential both ends of the restraining portion (131). The engagement projections (151) are disposed over an outer side surface of a skirt wall (120) in the vicinity of the circumferential both ends of a tab (140). The stoppers (132) and the engagement projections (151) are formed to be fittable with each other.

摘要： A linerless closure for use on an associated container includes a unitary, one-piece closure body having a top wall portion, and an annular skirt portion depending from the top wall portion. The closure includes an annular, outer seal element which depends from the top wall portion for sealing engagement with a generally outwardly facing surface of the associated container. The closure includes an inner, plug seal element depending from the top wall portion for sealing engagement with a generally inwardly facing surface of the container. Notably, the closure includes a discontinuous pressure block in the form of a plurality of circumferentially spaced, seal reinforcement elements on the inside surface of the skirt portion, adjacent the top wall portion. The reinforcement elements are engageable by the outer seal element to limit outward deflection of the outer seal element, to enhance sealing cooperation with the associated container.
