摘要： A combination of a method using a composition utilized together to disinfect and/or lubricate a fluid encompassing system. A single composition comprising a disinfectant and a lubricant comprises water-alcohol-glycerin-chlorhexidine gluconate.This composition is used together with a method of purging this fluid encompassing system, adding said composition into said system, and flushing/rinsing said system. This method ensures that this composition is not diluted and that this composition directly contacts the microbial contamination and biofilm in this system.This method using this composition maintains and controls this system's encompassing fluid chemical and physical properties by disinfecting and/or lubricating said fluid encompassing system and said system's fluid system components comprising of fluid conduit(s), and/or fluid reservoir(s), and/or valve(s), and/or device(s) that connect to this system's fluid system.

摘要： A curable glass coating composition including 5-70 wt % aliphatic polycarbonate diol, 5-60 wt % crosslinker, 1-20 wt % extender, 4-20 wt % fatty alcohol, and 2-30 wt % crystalline or amorphous powder filler material, and optionally 2-20 wt % aliphatic polyester polyol and 2-20 wt % cycloaliphatic epoxy. The coating composition can be applied to a glass substrate and cured to form a decorative cured polyurethane coating layer on the substrate that has improved caustic and UV resistance.

摘要： Improved casein-based films are produced by adjusting the pH of a film-production suspension. The film-production suspension may contain a casein source, a plasticizer, and optionally a strengthening additive. The adjustment of the pH may be accomplished by the addition of an alkaline additive, such as a base, to achieve a desired pH value. The improved casein-based films have improved physical properties as compared to those produced without a pH-adjusted film-production suspension at least in part due to the chemical and structural changes imparted by the change in pH.

Compounds and methods of the invention can also be used to modulate C reactive protein or enhance bile production in a patient. In certain embodiments, the compounds, compositions, and methods of the invention are useful in combination therapy with other therapeutics, such as hypocholesterolemic and hypoglycemic agents.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process of formulating and preparing supported multi-metal catalysts based on metal oxides and inorganic salts of metals. The impregnation technique is employed by two methods: the slurry method and the modified-pH variation method, which are used in two steps for obtaining the catalyst. The present invention also relates to a process called Glycerol to Propene (GTP) process, corresponding to the transformation of glycerol or glycerin to propene. The reaction involved in the process of the present invention is the selective hydrogenation of glycerin, which takes place by contact of the charge of glycerin carried by hydrogen in a continuous stream system on the catalytic bed containing multi-metal catalysts, specifically prepared for this purpose.

The method comprises adding at least one polyhydroxyl compound to a crude BT mixture comprising BT and at least one boron-containing compound to form a polyhydroxyl compound/BT mixture. In one embodiment, the polyhydroxyl compound/BT mixture is then heated to a temperature greater than the boiling point of BT but less than the boiling point of the at least one polyhydroxyl compound. In another embodiment, the polyhydroxyl compound/BT mixture is heated to a temperature greater than the melting point of the at least one polyhydroxyl compound, and then to a temperature greater than the boiling point of BT but less than the boiling point of the at least one polyhydroxyl compound. A composition comprising BT is also disclosed.
