摘要： A process for producing geometric shaped catalyst bodies K whose active material is a multielement oxide of stoichiometry [Bi1WbOx]a[Mo12Z1cZ2dFeeZ3fZ4gZ5hOy]1, in which a finely divided oxide Bi1WbOx with the particle size d50A1 and, formed from element sources, a finely divided intimate mixture of stoichiometry Mo12Z1cZ2dFeeZ3fZ4gZ5h with the particle size d90A2 are mixed in a ratio of a:1, this mixture is used to form shaped bodies and these are treated thermally, where (d50A1)0.7·(d90A2)1.5·(a)−1≧820. A shaped catalyst body obtained by the process. A catalyst obtained by grinding the shaped catalyst body. A process for heterogeneously catalyzing the partial gas phase oxidation of an alkane, alkanol, alkanal and/or an alkenal of 3 to 6 carbon atoms using the catalyst.

摘要： Prepared is a catalyst for use in the production of an unsaturated aldehyde and an unsaturated carboxylic acid in which catalytic activity is high and selectivity is excellent by a preparation process containing the steps of preparing catalyst component particles as dried particles prepared by spray drying an aqueous slurry containing molybdenum, bismuth and iron or as calcined particles prepared by further heat treating the dried particles; mixing and kneading the catalyst component particles with at least a liquid; first-molding the kneaded material; and second-molding the first-molded product to a finished shape using a piston molding machine.

摘要： A catalyst useful for catalytic vapor-phase oxidation of isobutylene, t-butanol or propylene to produce respectively corresponding unsaturated aldehyde and unsaturated carboxylic acid is provided. The catalyst consists of ring-formed shaped bodies composed of (i) a catalyst composition containing at least molybdenum and bismuth as the active ingredients and (ii) inorganic fibers. The catalyst excels in mechanical strength, can give the object products at high yield and shows little activity degradation with time.

摘要： Cesium based multimetal oxide compositions which are suitable as catalysts for the gas-phase-catalytic oxidative preparation of methacrolein from isobutene or tert-butanol or its methyl ether. The catalysts are characterized by increased selectivity for the formation of methacrolein. The catalysts have locally delimited regions of an oxide composition, preferably (Bi.sub.2 W.sub.2 O.sub.9), surrounded by the remaining constituents of the multimetal oxide.

摘要： The invention provides a process for industrially and advantageous production of methacrolein and methacrylic acid which comprises subjecting isobutylene or tert-butanol to gas phase catalytic oxidation with a molecular oxygen-containing gas in the presence of a catalyst having the composition represented by the following formula:Mo.sub.a W.sub.b Bi.sub.c Fe.sub.d Sb.sub.e Cr.sub.f Si.sub.g A.sub.h X.sub.i Y.sub.j Z.sub.k O.sub.lwherein Mo, W, B, Fe, Sb, Cr, Si and O represent molybdenum, tungsten, bismuth, iron, antimony, chromium, silicon and oxygen, respectively; A represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of nickel and cobalt; X represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of potassium, rubidium, cesium and thallium; Y represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of magnesium, zinc, manganese, cadmium, lead and barium; Z represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of phosphorus, boron, sulfur, chlorine, cerium, tin and titanium; a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k and l each represents atomic ratio of each element; and when a is 12, b is 0.01-2, c is 0.01-3, d is 0.5-4, e is 0.01-3, f is 0.01-3, g is 1-20, h is 1-12, i is 0.01-2, j is 0.01-5 and k is 0-3 and l is the number of oxygen atom necessary to satisfy valence of each of said component.
