摘要： A rubber composition has a rubber component, sulfur, a bismaleimide compound, and a compound represented by Formula (I) below: wherein R1 is an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R2 and R3 are each independently an aromatic hydrocarbon or an alkyl group having 4 or more carbon atoms. The rubber composition has a content of the sulfur of 0.3 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of a total amount of the rubber component. The rubber composition preferably further has a compound represented by Formula (2) below: [Formula 2] R4—S—(CH2)x—S—R4 (2) wherein x is an integer of 2 to 12, and R4 is a thiocarbamoyl group having an aromatic hydrocarbon or a fatty acid hydrocarbon in a molecular structure, a benzothiazole group having an aromatic hydrocarbon or a fatty acid hydrocarbon, or an —SO3−Na group.

The colored TPU foam material is composed of colored foam particles or colored foam sheets; the concentration of a pigment in the colored foam particles or the colored foam sheets is 0.01-5 wt %; the pigment has the same concentration inside and outside the colored TPU foam material, and the colored TPU foam material has a hardness of shore A 5-65, a density of 0.05-0.5 g/cm3, and an average cell size of less than 100 μm. The present invention has features such as a good internal and external color uniformity, no wrinkles being present on the surface, etc.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for producing a rubber composition containing a rubber component (A) of at least one selected from natural rubbers and synthetic dienic rubbers, a filler containing an inorganic filler (B), a silane coupling agent (C) and at least one vulcanization promoter (D) selected from thiurams, dithiocarbamate salts, thioureas and xanthate salts, wherein the rubber composition is kneaded in multiple stages, and in the first stage of kneading, the rubber component (A), all or a part of the inorganic filler (B), all or apart of the silane coupling agent (C) and the vulcanization promoter (D) are kneaded. The production method enables production of a rubber composition having a low-heat-generation property while successfully enhancing the coupling function activity of the silane coupling agent.
