摘要： The product of the invention allows cleaning products to be obtained by substantially increasing the oil-to-soap conversion rate to minimise the amount of product to be used, with minimum energy use and maximum transformation speed, allowing work with large volumes of oil. For this purpose, the product for obtaining cleaning products from vegetable oils comprises the following composition in % by weight: sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) between 9 and 11%, anhydrous trisodium phosphate between 4.5 and 6%, sodium stearate between 0.1 and 0.3%, xanthan gum between 0.5 and 0.7%, optionally brightener and/or perfume, and the amount of water needed to reach 100%.

The soap ingredients are processed and mixed. Thereafter, the soap mixture is placed into the container and left to set. After hardening, the twisting mechanism can thereafter selectively expose the soap for use or retract for safekeeping.

摘要： A system and method for distributing color-coded dilution ratios of cleaning concentrates at different dilution ratios and flow rates. The system mixes a concentrated cleaning composition with different quantities of water to produce diluted concentrates. A plurality of separate dyes or scented dyes are added to the diluted concentrates, with each color of dye correlating to a unique diluted concentrate. This provides a visual indication of the dilution ratio of the diluted concentrate. A plurality of metering devices selectively dispense the dyed diluted concentrates at different dilution ratios and at multiple flow rates. The metering devices are labeled with identification markings, indicating dilution ratios and flow rates. The dilution ratio and the flow rate are selected based on the type of cleaning that is required, and the type of dispensing means used for cleaning. A plurality of lines carry the concentrated cleaning composition, water, dyes, and dyed diluted concentrate.

摘要： Integral powdered abrasive soaps are formulated by in-situ reacting on an abrasive, an acid or base component with an antipodal base or acid component. Since the acid or base component resides on the abrasive particles, the formed soap also resides on the abrasive particles and often forms a coating. The in-situ soap is a dry powder and is flowable. The abrasive can be a crushable abrasive so that, upon the application of slight pressure thereto, it breaks down into small particles and aids in cleaning.

In the disclosed process, the solid and liquid components of the detergent composition are subjected to high-shear mixing, followed by a simultaneous mixing and cooling step in which the temperature of the mixture is reduced to less than about 100.degree. F when the temperature of the mixture exceeds about 120.degree. F during the high-shear mixing operation. In a preferred single-step embodiment, the solid and liquid components are subjected to high-shear mixing while simultaneously being cooled such that the temperature of the mixture during mixing does not exceed about 120.degree. F.
