The first double-horizontal-shaft mixing cylinder is provided with an aggregate inlet, an asphalt inlet, a powder inlet and a first discharging port, and the second double-horizontal-shaft mixing cylinder is provided with a mixture inlet and a second discharging port. The aggregate inlet, the asphalt inlet and the powder inlet are respectively connected with an outlet of the aggregate elevator, the continuous asphalt metering and conveying system and the continuous powder conveying and metering system correspondingly.

摘要： A new and improved method and apparatus for use in conjunction with the free floating paving screed used for road paving is disclosed. The method of forming a bituminous mixture into a smooth flat paved mat comprising some areas with a given nominal mat density and some selected areas with a predeterminedly higher mat density is described wherein problems posed by a reduced compaction ratio occurring subsequently to paving the mat where the roller drum bridges over recesses in the subbase are addressed. The modified paving screed described employs a new adjustable screed plate that allows localized areas of increased angle of attack and a device to increased material entry density in localized areas in front of a screed plate leading edge. Either method is used to create an increase in mat density in the desired area. The method and apparatus teach that by pairing differences in compaction ratio that inherently occur due to subbase irregularities with correspondingly predetermined and different mat densities in the paved mat, a good consistent final density can be achieved notwithstanding the limitations of the compaction rolling. A forward looking vision system is described that identifies subbase recesses, a digital controller quantifies the density increase required, and a GPS system maps locations where the mat density increases are to be applied.

摘要： A baghouse apparatus for removing particulates from a 100% recycled asphalt pavement dryer exhaust air stream includes a drop out zone section having a water spray operable to initially drench an incoming air exhaust stream with water droplets while increasing air stream velocity, then slow the air stream velocity to cause drop out of particulates >1000 μm from the slowed waste air stream, and collect the particulates dropped out of the waste air exhaust stream. The apparatus also includes a cyclonic scrubber section for further cooling the waste air exhaust stream while subjected the stream to a further water spray to condense aerosol vapor into droplets, a prefilter filtration section operable to collect and remove condensed aerosol droplets from the waste air stream; and a coalescing filtration section operable to remove 99% of remaining particulates from the waste air stream before discharge of the air stream to atmosphere.
