摘要： A method for constructing a large-span station by two-wing open type semi-covered excavation and semi-reverse construction, is divided into three stages of excavation. First, excavate a first-stage inner small foundation pit, then excavate a second-stage annular foundation pit within the first-stage retaining piles and outside the range of the first-stage inner small foundation pit, and finally excavate a third-stage semi-covered excavation foundation pit below the first-stage inner small foundation pit and the second-stage annular foundation pit. By setting graded retaining piles, middle upright post piles, middle top plates, local waist beams and local concrete supports in the soil-rock combination strata, so that the force transfer between the foundation pit enclosure and the station main body structures and the underlying rock layer is clear and reliable, and a stable frame structure is achieved.

摘要： The present invention discloses a jetting, expansion and extrusion combined pile, a construction method thereof and a spiral jetting, expansion and extrusion drilling rig used in the method. A pile of the combined pile comprises a pile body (101), an expanded body (103) and a pile end (106). At least one double-frustum-shaped expanded body (103), which is integrally formed with the pile body (101), is arranged on the pile body (101). The expanded body (103) is located in a vertical soil layer position, which has higher deformation modulus and shear strength, of the pile body (101), and at least two wing plates (102) which are uniformly distributed in the circumference direction and basically perpendicular to the axis of the pile are arranged on the pile body (101). The diameter of the pile above the expanded body (103) is larger than or equal to that of the pile below the expanded body (103). The drilling rig in the present invention comprises an upper section and a lower section, the diameter of the upper section is larger than that of the lower section, and the expanded body can be produced in any required position conveniently. When the expanded body (103) is located at the upper part or in the middle of the combined pile, if the diameter of the pile above the expanded body (103) is larger than that of the pile below the expanded body (103), the consumption of concrete can be greatly reduced.

摘要： The present invention is a grouting method for single pile rock-socketed foundation for offshore wind power, comprising: driving a steel casing into an overburden layer to dig the overburden layer and a rock stratum so as to dig a pile hole; hoisting a steel pipe pile into the steel casing and positioning the steel pipe pile in the pile hole, wherein an annular cavity is formed between the inner walls of the steel pipe pile and the pile hole and the bottom of the steel casing; grouting a first grouting layer to the bottom of a pipe hole of the steel pipe pile; grouting a plurality of grouting layers into the upper end of the first grouting layer in the annular cavity; and pulling out the steel casing, wherein after a grouting solution is aged, the steel pipe pile is stably connected to the overburden layer and the rock stratum.

摘要： Embodiments of the present foundation for wind turbine generators comprise four structural members: a relatively long central hollow pier, several arm grade beams, a continued grade beam and a continued shear key. The central hollow pier positions in the center of the foundation system, arm grade beams are arranged evenly in radial direction and extend from the pier to the continued grade beam. Continued grade beam is arranged circumferentially in outer periphery and the continued shear key is built below it. Arm grade beams have a varied section with the far end embedding into ground. The top of the continued grade beam matches the top of arm grade beams, while the continued shear key embeds deeper into ground. All structural members are constructed of cast-in-place concrete reinforced with rebars, and all connections are fixed and rigid. The present foundation uses the ground to shape and form the structural members, no formwork, backfilling and compaction is needed.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a module, system and technique to enhance end bearing stiffness of pile/drilled shafts. In particular, methods, systems and loading modules which account for tip resistance in overall pile/shaft capacity are provided which increase the stiffness of the bearing soil. The techniques utilize a mechanical system to preload the soil under the shaft tip, thus allowing the users to confidently account for the gained resistance at an acceptable level of movement. Each shaft/pile is preloaded during construction to verify its load carrying capability.
