摘要： Precast Building Construction System A building construction system uses precast concrete panels (10) interconnected in an array to provide both floor and ceiling of a multi-unit building. Each panel has a reinforced precast concrete slab having an upper surface (12) and downstands (18, 20) providing a continuous enclosure beneath the floor surface. Grooved voids (44, 58) are preformed into the upper and lower surface of the downstands for receiving connectors (54, 56, 57 or 60, 62, 66 and 50, 52) for connecting adjacent panels. Preformed recesses (19) are provided at the edges of the panel for connecting the panels together and creating grouted shear keys (59).

A gap is between a bottom end of the coating-steel-plate sleeve and an upper surface of the foundation. An outside of the gap is provided with a plugging material. The joint further includes an annular rib plate all of whose edges are horizontally and seamlessly connected to an inner wall of the coating-steel-plate sleeve and whose middle portion is provided with a rib-plate opening. The annular rib plate is provided with a sleeve opening that matches with the grouting sleeve device.

摘要： An apparatus, system, and method is provided to connect precast concrete panels to a structural member. The connector can have a receiving member embedded in a precast concrete panel and can further have an attachment member that selectively interconnects to the receiving member. This attachment member can have a surface that is oriented substantially perpendicular to the precast concrete panel and that receives or supports a structural member such as a floor joist or a second precast concrete panel. The configuration of a protrusion of the attachment member allows for a rapid and secure interconnection with an aperture in the receiving member. A builder can use the connector system described herein to rapidly and securely assemble multiple precast concrete panels to structural members in the construction of, for example, a parking garage or other similar structure.
