摘要： A glazing shield system for retrofitting glazing systems of buildings is disclosed. The glazing shield system includes a support frame and a unitized panel. In certain embodiments, the glazing shield system may be mounted on an existing glazing system in a non-intrusive and non-destructive method. In one embodiment, the support frame may be attached to an infill panel of an existing glazing system using structural adhesives, and the unitized panel may be mounted on the support frame, creating an insulating glazing shield.

摘要： A wall system for a building (such as an exterior façade for a building) may include a frame structure configured for attachment to the building. The frame structure may include a plurality of horizontal frame elements, a plurality of vertical frame elements, and an energy distribution system including an elongated conductive bar at least partially positionable within at least one of the horizontal frame elements or at least one of the vertical frame elements. The system may include one or more access elements positionable to engage the elongated conductive bar to receive electricity or a data signal from the elongated conductive bar. The frame structure may support infills that connect to the elongated conductive bar and use or produce electricity.

In an alternative configuration, the bracket can be attached to a side of the mullion via an existing anchor attachment near the floor line so that the anchor attachment does not interfere with the bracket.

摘要： A fastening arrangement for anchoring facade panel elements includes a substructure on a building shell and a plurality of facade panel elements. The fastening arrangement has an adhesive component and a mechanical securing component. The fastening arrangement is characterized in that per facade panel element, at least two securing straps are provided as mechanical securing components, each having at least two fastening points. At least one fastening point of the two securing straps has a sliding point which uses an oblong hole. Furthermore, the longitudinal extent of this oblong hole defines an axis which is tilted at an angle γ of between 5° and 20° relative to the vertical axis. The fastening arrangement is constructed by preparing the substructure and at least one facade panel element for fastening, attaching the securing straps to the facade element and applying an adhesive component. After aligning and attaching the facade element to the substructure, the securing straps are attached to the substructure, with one attachment point of a first securing strap being the sliding point, and after fastening of the sliding point, the oblong hole is tilted at an angle γ of between 5° and 20° with respect to the vertical axis.
