摘要： The present invention relates to a formwork device for a battery formwork for the production of structural elements, in particular prefabricated concrete elements, which comprises at least two partition walls and the formwork device comprises two formwork panels that are connected to one another, preferably in an articulated manner, in order to be transferred from an unfolded state to a folded state, where each formwork panel comprises a formwork front side for attaching formwork elements and a formwork rear side, and the formwork rear sides of the two formwork panels face each other in the folded state and the formwork device is intended to be positioned in the folded state between the partition wall. The present invention further relates to an arrangement consisting of a battery formwork and at least one formwork device according to the invention, where the formwork device is arranged suspended in the battery formwork.

摘要： A false formwork system (40) includes a plurality of sideforms (17) which are able to be interconnected to define a perimeter of an opening in a panel to be cast. A support structure (24) is carried by the sideforms (17) for supporting components (26) used to mold a false skim coat overlying the opening when the panel is cast. An opening demarcation portion (21) is carried by each of at least some of the sideforms (17). Each opening demarcation portion (21) defines a zone of weakness to demarcate the skim coat of the cast panel from a remainder of the panel and to facilitate removal of the skim coat from the remainder of the panel by breakage along the zone of weakness.

摘要： A construction form system for forming concrete walls for use as above grade walls, foundations, frost walls, exterior envelopes, and the like, is disclosed. The system includes a plurality of pairs of opposing vertical forming panels spaced from each other to define a forming cavity disposed to receive a hardenable material. Each pair of opposing forming panels comprises an inner panel forming part of an inner wall and an outer panel forming part of an outer wall. The system also includes an outer rail positioned between each adjacent pair of outer forming panels and an inner rail positioned between each adjacent pair of inner forming panels. The inner forming panels comprise support panels configured to be selectively addable and removable from between each adjacent pair of inner rails prior to and subsequent to a pouring of the hardenable material into the cavity.

摘要： A method and apparatus for forming cast-in-place window well walls includes first and second forming panel modules each having an inner and outer section. The forming panel modules may be connected together by a spacer panel which extends downwardly to a footing for providing a pier for supporting the window well wall. The forming panel modules are preferably configured with arcuate corners and upper and lower rails to permit stacking of the modules to increase the height of the window well wall, or include additional spacer panels or filler forms to increase the width or thickness of the window well wall.

摘要： A foundation vent (20) for use with concrete forms (31) is disclosed. The vent includes two frames that telescope together into a plurality of locking positions to allow the width of the vent to be changed to match the thickness of the concrete wall. The first frame (26) includes first walls (34) and a first flange (40). The first frame has a first inner end (36), and a first outer end (38). The first flange is disposed around a perimeter of the first outer end. The second frame (28) includes second walls (60) and a second flange (70). The second frame has a second inner end (66), and a second outer end (68). The second flange is disposed around a perimeter of the second outer end. A ridge (74) engages in channels (52, 58) defined by a plurality of shoulders (50, 54) disposed on the frames to allow the two frames to telescope together and to lock at various, predetermined widths. The ridge is disposed around a perimeter of the second inner end of the second frame. The ridge thus engages one of the channels. The foundation vent is used by locking the frames together to form the desired width, securing the vent between the concrete forms in a desired location, pouring the concrete between the forms around at least a portion of the vent. After the concrete cures, the forms are removed, tearing away breakaway portions on the flanges, leaving the foundation vent mounted in the concrete foundation.

The outer frame of a sash window or the like, which is to be built into a concrete panel to be cast in the form, is placed in the form so as to closely surround the abutments. The outer frame is further removably secured to each abutment by a horizontal bracing rod. A holder frame is placed over the outer frame to urge the latter into tight contact with the bottom of the form.
