Each of the jambs and the horizontal header contains a front section and back section that are hingedly joined so that then can be folded on to each other. The hingedly joined front and back sections allow the door fame to be foldable to minimize space occupied during storage.

摘要： The invention relates to a profiled plastic section (1) for a metal/plastic composite profiled section (31). The profiled plastic section (1) comprises a first profiled element (2) and at least one second profiled element (3). The first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) together form a latching mechanism (4, 9; 5, 10; 6, 11), by means of which a form-fitting connection can preferably be produced between the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) in a width direction (x) and in a height direction (y). The first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) overlap preferably over a large area when the form-fitting connection is produced between the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3), and the form-fitting connection can be produced on the cross-sectional plane (x, y) between the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) by latching the profiled elements (2, 3) of the profiled plastic section (1). The form-fitting connection between the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) is designed such that a movement of the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) in a longitudinal direction (z) of the profiled plastic section (1) is allowed when a first metal component (29) is connected to the first profiled element (2) and a second metal component (30) is connected to the second profiled element (3) preferably in a shear-resistant manner. The profiled plastic section (1) can likewise also be designed with more than two profiled elements (2, 3), and the basic principle according to the invention of generating a shear-free plastic/metal composite profiled section (31) can be carried over.

摘要： The present invention provides a self-enhancement plastic profile and a production method thereof. The self-enhancement plastic profile is made by co-extrusion a substrate resin and a PBT resin containing fiber glass. The production method of the self-enhancement plastic profile is that: melting and co-extrusion of the substrate resin and the PBT resin containing fiber glass. Infrastructures comprise a main engine and an auxiliary engine vertically arranged to the main engine. The main engine processes the PVC substrate (1), the auxiliary engine processes an enhancement bar (2) of the PBT resin containing fiberglass, the raw materials are extruded by the main engine and the auxiliary engine at the same and the extrudate is pre-profiled, and subjected to cold cutting and sized. The enhancement bar (2) is made by blending the fiberglass with the polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) plastic. The self-enhancement plastic profile has advantages of simple, convenient and quick installation and convenient to produce.

The two rail sections have portions thereof cut away and defining a recess or chamber for reception of a door or partition supporting structure directly within the rail and not as an appendage thereto. The edge rail has substantially universal application as either a top rail or a bottom rail and for either a right hand mount or a left hand mount. The trim assembly includes a jamb extension assembly for covering the interior surface of the wall opening and one or more casing assemblies for covering the wall at one or both sides of the wall opening. Both the jamb extension assembly and casing assembly are made of solid cellular foam polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polystyrene members having miter cut and welded corners. The specific material allows for the construction of a strong, yet lightweight pre-finished one-piece assembly for easy and efficient installation in a window or door opening independent of any window or door structure. A method for manufacturing the trim assembly and curved portions thereof is also disclosed.
