摘要： A hydraulic pump includes a cylinder block, a plurality of pistons, a swash plate, a first pressing unit, and a second pressing unit. The cylinder block has a plurality of cylinder bores and is disposed so as to be rotatable. Each of the plurality of pistons is retained in associated one of the cylinder bores so as to be movable. The swash plate is configured for controlling the amount of movement of the plurality of pistons in accordance with the size of the tilt angle. The first pressing unit is configured for pressing the swash plate in such a direction as to reduce the tilt angle of the swash plate. The second pressing unit is configured for pressing the swash plate in such a direction as to increase the tilt angle of the swash plate by a pressure supplied from the outside of the hydraulic pump.

In an embodiment at a well site, a portion of fluid being injected into a wellbore can be diverted from one or more high pressure pumps to an injector device, where the diverted portion of the fluid can be used to power the injector device to inject material from a mixing tank to add material to the wellbore in addition to the non-diverted portion of the fluid injected into the wellbore. Additional apparatus, systems, and methods can be implemented in a variety of applications.

摘要： In a method for operation control of a compressor, full-load running in which a gas intake control valve is fully open and a target rotation speed of a drive source is set to a full-load rotation speed that is a maximum rotation speed in a speed control band when pressure of compressed gas supplied to the consumption side is a datum pressure or less is carried out; then no-load running in which the valve is fully closed and a no-load rotation speed is set as the target rotation speed of the drive source when the supply pressure is a no-load running pressure or less that is a pressure higher than the datum pressure is carried out. The no-load running is started from the standard no-load rotation speed, however, after a transition time, the target rotation speed is reduced to a low speed no-load rotation speed.

摘要： Manual displacement control device (MDC) for hydraulic units has an input shaft mounted rotatably about an input shaft axis in an input shaft block. The input shaft protrudes from the input shaft block with a first end, onto which a rotating torque can be applied. The MDC further includes a control spool housed in a control housing, which is moveable by means of rotating the input shaft for controlling a servo pressure. The control device has positioning means for adjusting and fixing the lateral position of the input shaft with respect to the control housing in a direction perpendicular to the input shaft axis and perpendicular to the direction of a restoring force exerted on the input shaft. The hydraulic unit is adjustable to its neutral position by means of a servo spring bracket providing an end stop surface for a servo spring seat towards the displacement element. The servo spring bracket is variably fixable to the hydraulic unit housing in a manner so that the orientation of the end stop surface can be adjusted parallel to the neutral position of the displacement element.

摘要： A peristaltic pump precise dosing control system includes a driver, a pump head, pipeline switching means, a metering pipeline, and a discharge pipeline. An elastic tubing is provided in the pump head, and the outlet end of the elastic tubing is connected to the pipeline switching means. The driver drives the pump head to rotate to pump the liquid in the elastic tubing to the outlet end of the elastic tubing. The driver is electrically connected to the pipeline switching means so as to be capable of controlling the pipeline switching means to switch to the output pipeline with which the outlet end of the elastic tubing is connected. The pipeline switching means is driven to switch the outlet end of the elastic tubing from a state of connection with the discharge pipeline to a state of connection with the metering pipeline.

摘要： A vacuum pumping apparatus may include: a common pumping line having a plurality of pumping line inlets and a pumping line outlet, each pumping line inlet being configured to couple with an outlet of an associated plurality of vacuum processing chambers; at least one primary vacuum pump in fluid communication with the pumping line outlet to pump gas from each vacuum processing chamber; and control logic operable to control operation of the primary vacuum pump in response to an indication of an operating state of the plurality of vacuum processing chambers. In this way, the performance of the primary vacuum pump can be adjusted to match the load provided by the processing chambers and when there is an excess capacity, the performance of the primary vacuum pumps can be reduced, which can lead to significant energy savings and reduce wear on the pump.
