摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a one-way clutch capable of preventing wear on radially inner engagement surfaces and radially outer engagement surfaces of cams in periods of high-speed freewheeling. The one-way clutch includes an inner race (110) and an outer race (150), a plurality of cams (140) provided between the inner race (110) and the outer race (150), and side plates (120, 130) provided to at least one of the inner race (110) and outer race (150) and positioned on both sides in an axial direction of the cams (140). The plurality of cams (140) are each configured to receive a predetermined centrifugal force to turn in an engaging direction in which the cams engage the inner race (110) and outer race (150) when the inner race (110) and outer race (150) rotate together in the same direction.

摘要： A failsafe multimode clutch assembly positioned in a powertrain of a rotorcraft. The clutch assembly includes a freewheeling having a driving mode in which torque applied to the input race is transferred to the output race and an overrunning mode in which torque applied to the output race is not transferred to the input race. A bypass assembly has an engaged position that couples the input and output races of the freewheeling unit. An actuator assembly uses pressurized lubricating oil to shift the bypass assembly between the engaged position and a disengaged position. A lock assembly enables and disables actuation of the bypass assembly. In the disengaged position, the overrunning mode of the freewheeling unit enables a unidirectional torque transfer mode of the clutch assembly. In the engaged position, the overrunning mode of the freewheeling unit is disabled such that the clutch assembly is configured for bidirectional torque transfer.

Upon the view device rotating section being rotated from an extended position toward a forward-tilted position by an external force, respective top surfaces of the height maintaining protrusions are brought into abutment with and slide on each other in a position in which abutment between respective top surfaces of the crests of the crest-valley repeated shapes is cancelled, to maintain a height of the view device rotating section.

摘要： A low-backlash multimode clutch includes a one-way bearing allowing rotation in a first direction as well as a number of actuatable pawls in one race and a number of receiving slots having engagement faces in the other race. The engagement faces are tilted such that when the pawls are actuated, any torque applied in the first direction tends to force the pawls outward but the pawls are retained inward, such as by actuator rods. In this way, the one-way clutch may be selectively locked and unlocked with zero backlash against the one-way bearing.

摘要： The present invention provides a rotation-transmitting apparatus with a built-in one-way clutch which is capable of preventing rolling contact surfaces and rolling surfaces of inner and outer rings of a rolling bearing from peeling and fretting wearing and is excellent in its resistance to heat and wear. The rotation-transmitting apparatus with a built-in one-way clutch has an inside rotational member; a cylindrical outside rotational member disposed concentrically with the inside rotational member; a one-way clutch connecting the outside surface of the inside rotational member and the inside surface of the outside rotational member to each other only when the outside rotational member rotates at a higher speed than the inside rotational member; and a pair of rolling bearings allowing the inside rotational member and the outside rotational member to rotate relative to each other. Grease is enclosed inside an internal space of a clutch where a plurality of rollers is mounted and inside a space of the bearing where a plurality of rolling elements is mounted. The grease contains a base oil, a thickener, and an additive. The base oil is PAO oil. As the additive, 0.01 to 15 wt % of at leas one compound selected from among ZnDTC and ZnDTP is contained for the entire amount of the grease.

摘要： A one-way clutch is disclosed, which improves durability while reducing a drag torque and restraining burning of a block bearing.
