摘要： A hydraulic system has a fluid path which connects two system components fluidically to one another and which comprises a hydraulic hose. It is known to form a fluid path between two components of a hydraulic system, for example between a pump and a control block, by a single hydraulic hose which is designed in accordance with the maximum volume flow and the maximum pressure. A hydraulic hose for large volume flows and high pressures is disproportionately expensive relative to a hydraulic hose for smaller volume flows and, on account of its larger internal and external diameters, has a larger minimum bending radius than a hydraulic hose for smaller volume flows. In order to provide a cost-effective and compact structure, a hydraulic system according to the disclosure has the fluid path formed by at least two hydraulic hoses arranged fluidically parallel to one another.

摘要： A method and fluid connection system to fluidly connect a fracturing manifold to a fracturing tree. The method includes fluidly connecting a plurality of flexible flowlines between the manifold outlet of a fracturing manifold module and the fracturing tree such that fluid from the manifold outlet is distributed into the flexible flowlines and into the fracturing tree to avoid abrupt or right angle changes in direction in all fluid connections at the fracturing tree and between the manifold outlet and the fracturing tree. The fluid connection system includes a flow distribution block having a single inlet and a plurality of outlets, and distributes fluid flow between the single inlet and the plurality of outlets without abrupt or right angle changes in direction. The flexible flowlines have a first end fluidly connected to one of the plurality of outlets, and a second end fluidly connected to the fracturing tree.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a bifurcated pipe and a bifurcated connector for connecting hoses and a fuel supply hose manufactured using the same, in which connection between a torch and an oxygen tank or a gas tank is facilitated and hoses are prevented from becoming twisted or entangled during a welding or cutting process.Further, according to the present invention, a single connection hose is prevented from being damaged by sparks, a piece of steel cut off the workpiece, a discarded welding rod, or a sharp cut surface or edge of the workpiece, and a worker is capable of easily recognizing gas leakage and a portion from which gas is leaking, thereby preventing an accident.

In one embodiment, the inner tube is cover by the outer tube and the connectors are disposed at both ends of the inner tube and connecting portions are inserted into both ends of the inner tube and the tightening unit is used to tighten and secure each end. When the inner tube along with the outer tube are connecting with the connecting portion of the connector and the tightening unit is disposed outside the outer tube, the restricting ring is disposed outside the outer tube and used to cover the connecting portion along with the locking ring. When a restricting ring is squeezed by the locking ring, an engaging unit is disposed outside the restricting ring to prevent the inner tube and outer tube from directly contacting with the engaging unit.

摘要： A fuel line connector assembly that includes first and second connectors. The first connector includes a ramp having an inner core and an outer skin surrounding at least a part of the inner core. The inner core extends through the ramp at a location adjacent a radially extending retaining surface for at least a portion of the radial extent of the retaining surface. The second connector has a hook wherein, when the first and second connectors are brought together and secured to each other, the hook inhibits separation of the first and second connectors by bearing again the retaining surface. The first connector is made by coinjection molding a connector body having the outer skin and inner core with the inner core extending through the ramp to a sacrificial portion, and then severing the sacrificial portion from the ramp leaving the inner core exposed at an apex of the ramp.
