摘要： A lighting device has a rectangular cubic shape and includes “leaves” which may be pivoted between closed and opened positions. Three separate options for illumination devices are included which are all unique and differ from one another. Illumination means is operated by a switch that closes a circuit activating illumination when a leaf is opened and opening the circuit thereby stopping illumination when a leaf is closed. The illumination means for each leaf consists of one or more LEDs. Known technology allowing the LEDs to change colors and to be dimmed or brightened may suitably be employed. If desired, artificial intelligence (AI) technology may be incorporated into the lighting device. For example, the device can be operated using voice prompts to dim or brighten LEDs, illuminate them or stop illumination and change colors. A dedicated phone App can be utilized in controlling the various modes of operation of the invention.

摘要： A collapsible marshalling wand system that includes a marshalling wand that can be set in an elongated operational configuration while used, as well as a smaller collapsed configuration when not in use, and an accompanying recharging device, along with an accompanying charging station. The marshalling wand includes a plurality of wand portions integrated telescopically, with the wand portions including a lighting system and a wireless alert system. The charging station allows for multiple marshalling wands to be recharged simultaneously in a variety of locations. As such, the collapsible marshalling wand system allows all ground personnel to conveniently keep a marshalling wand with them at all times as well as for extra marshalling wands to be stored at a charging station positioned on runways.

The luminaire (61) is supported from a greenhouse rafter (9) by filaments (10, 11) which are connected one to the ballast (62) and the other to the free end of the support arm (66). In one embodiment the arm (66) is connected to a rigid side plate (64) which is mounted on the ballast (62). In another embodiment the arm (66) is connected to a side plate (164) which is hinged. The arrangement enables flimsy reflectors (41) to be close coupled with electronic ballasts in a way which minimises Radio Frequency Interference (RFI).

Embodiments of the present invention provide a direct troffer-style fixture that is particularly well-suited for retrofit structures. The fixture comprises a retrofit troffer assembly that is removably attached within a T grid or pan structure. The retrofit fixture can be installed in two pieces: a first including a lens structure, a back reflector and 2 end reflectors; and the second component including a second portion of the back reflector. An interior space created by the lens structure houses light emitters and in some embodiments, a light engine and/or additional electronics. One or both of the end reflectors may be movable, slidable and/or rotatable, to accommodate installation. The back reflector covers most of the interior surfaces of the troffer fixture to direct more light out of the fixture.
