摘要： A smart HVAC system includes a plurality of sensors that monitor the temperature and humidity of a conditioned space and the energy efficiency of the HVAC system. A system controller is operable to control one or more bypass dampers. The modulation of air volume allows the cooling coil to achieve an optimum BTU extraction rate, and regulate temperature and humidity levels of the conditioned space. Sensor data is interpreted by a controller to modulate positioning of the dampers, thereby regulating the volume of air moved across the cooling coil. The smart HVAC system regulates the amount of air moved over the coil according to the desired system output, which includes temperature humidity and energy efficiency while maintaining a constant movement of air and the optimal amount of air exchanges per hour throughout the conditioned space with enhanced dehumidification and mold free systems.

摘要： An air-conditioning control apparatus controlling a plurality of air conditioners calculates an adjustment time for adjusting a temperature of an area to be adjusted by the air conditioners to be controlled to between a desired temperature and an allowable temperature, generates a control schedule based on the adjustment time, and controls the air conditioners with the generated control schedule, instead of controlling with a preset stop time which is fixed, in order to bring the temperature around the air conditioners to the desired temperature. Thus, the air conditioners can be made to stop heat exchange before the desired temperature is reached, so that power consumption can be reduced.

The control system is structured to determine a first measurement indicative of an amount of water vapor in the airflow path or an amount of condensation in the airflow path and generate a number of control signals structured to control an environmental control device structured to control an environmental parameter in an environment including the pressure support system, wherein the control signals are generated based on at least the first measurement and are configured to cause the environmental control device to adjust the environmental parameter in a manner that will reduce a degree or a likelihood of rainout in the airflow path, and transmit the control signals to the environmental control device so that it may be controlled to reduce the degree or likelihood of rainout.

摘要： Systems and methods are described for controlling fan-only cooling duration following normal air conditioning operation. Following normal AC cooling, economical fan cooling is used. The duration of the fan cooling period is adjusted based on temperature measurements made during the previous cooling cycle that ended with fan cooling. An expected temperature drop to be provided by fan cooling as well as an expected time to achieve that drop is calculated based on prior measurements. The expected values are then used improve fan cooling for subsequent cooling cycles. In some cases, fan cooling is not initiated unless: (1) a time limit has an elapsed, such that sufficient condensation is allowed to form on the evaporator coil during the first phase, and (2) indoor relative humidity is below a predetermined threshold.
