摘要： This application discloses a wind pressure-driven air intake device for natural ventilation of zero power consumption. Such a device comprises multiple tunnels being arranged around a common central chamber, each having an inflow valve at its inner end connecting the central chamber and an outer end open to ambient airflow. The inflow valve allows only inward flow from a corresponding tunnel into the central chamber. The central chamber has an opening allowing airflow exit to a space to be ventilated. The device is capable of capturing ambient wind flow and wind pressure to be fed to the vented space regardless of wind flow direction towards the device, with no need for a powered air driver.

摘要： Ventilation systems are disclosed that include a base unit having a mounting platform connecting the base unit to a surface. Such base units have a base collar that extends away from the mounting platform and forms a perimeter of a opening through the base unit. Such ventilation systems include a fan unit that has a fan housing and a fan. The fan housing is configured to receive air through an inlet and expel air through an outlet, and the fan is capable of moving air from the inlet to the outlet. Such ventilation systems also include a quick connect interface that has a base feature and a fan housing feature. The base feature is integrated into the base unit, and the fan housing feature integrated into the fan unit; both are capable of detachably connecting together to secure the fan unit to the base unit.

摘要： A ceiling vent assembly incudes a ceiling vent having a pair of opposed end panels and a pair of opposed side panels, which define a frame that is open at its top and bottom. The frame receives two louvers pivotally mounted so as to be movable between open and closed positions. The ceiling vent assembly also includes first and second cables attached to the first and second louvers and a pulley assembly having a pair of vertically-oriented pulleys and a center pulley block having at least one horizontal pulley. The horizontal pulley has two vertically offset cable guides. Control rods pass through aligned rod openings in the end panels and pulley block. The pulley block has cable routing holes adjacent to each of the cable guides. The first cable is routed from the first louver, around the first vertical pulley, around one of the cable guides and then to one of the control rods, and the second cable is routed from the second louver, around the second vertical pulley, around the other one of the cable guides and then to one of the control rods such that the cables can be selectively routed so that the louvers can be controlled by either one of the control rods.
